We offer you a ‘super luxurious’ ‘brand new (2023)’ family owned holiday caravan on the award-winning Trecco Bay Holiday Park.

• Super king beds to main and second master bedroom
• The second master bedroom can also be a twin room with two 3’ beds
• Wardrobes, bedside tables, dressing tables and USB charging sockets in both bedrooms
• Two full sized bathrooms, both with twin wash basin, vanity unit, heated towel rail, large mirror and storage cabinet
• Central heating
• Flame effect wood burning electric stove
• Cocktail cabinet
• Fully equipped kitchen with fan assisted electric oven and 5 burner gas hob
• Integrated dishwasher

Only 1 car is allowed in the parking spots directly next to the caravans. All other vehicles must park in the main car park.

This is a pet friendly home from home, so one small dog allowed at an additional charge.

Wi-Fi is available at an additional charge.

Booking & Conditions

No Stag or Hen parties allowed.

We do not accept groups of adults under the age of 25, as this is a family holiday park.

Bookings are for Monday to Friday or Friday to Monday. Weekly breaks are also available, please enquire.

Check in is from 3pm. Check out is by 10am.

Self-Check-in - the caravan has a key safe for access and you will receive a message with the key code. There is no need to queue in reception; you can go straight to the caravan.

The maximum number of persons able to stay in the caravan at any time is 4.

A £50 non-refundable initial deposit will secure your dates.

A £100 security bond is also required to ensure the caravan is left clean and tidy with no loss, damage and/or breakages or the need for an excessive clean*

Our caravan is strictly NO SMOKING & NO VAPING. Evidence found of smoking or vaping will result in the loss of your security deposit.

Entertainment Passes

Passes are only needed for the Showdome and swimming. However, these are NOT included in our rental price, but will be available to purchase on site from Reception.

Please Note: Due to current Parkdean guidelines, there may be restrictions in place and some facilities/entertainments may be limited/restricted.

The rental prices quoted are for the use of our personal caravan on Trecco Bay only. We cannot be held responsible for any changes of the restrictions before or during your stay.

No passes are needed for entertainment on offer inside the Pavilion and out on the terrace stage where the children's park is.

Pets

The Pavilion is pet friendly, so you can take your dog. The Boathouse Restaurant will also have a designated, pet friendly area, so the whole family can go out for a meal.
