Caravan Description

Our family owned caravan for hire on Presthaven Beach Resort in Prestatyn, offers a full, gated side decking area with seating to relax and enjoy a glass of wine. There’s also a family dining patio area for those lovely summer nights.

Lan-Y-Mor is our pride and joy. All we ask is that you take as much care as we do and leave the caravan clean and tidy, as you will find it, ready for the next guests.

It’s all ready for you to enjoy the family lifestyle a caravan holiday home brings.

We are currently taking bookings for 2024 and are happy to offer the following:

3-night stays – Friday to Monday
4-night stays – Monday to Friday
7- night stays – Friday to Friday or Monday to Monday
We can also offer 10 and 14 night breaks




About Our Caravan

Our beautiful 2023 Coworth Exclusive holiday caravan on Presthaven Beach Resort, is situated on a nice quiet plot near the sand dunes. We are just a 2-minute walk from the lovely sandy beach and just a 7-minute slow walk from the main complex, where the entertainment, pool and soft play area can be found.

We have large decking area as you come out the main front door with seating for 3 and room for children to play. There is also a flat patio area with dining seating for them summer nights. This area is perfect for relaxing and for daytime/evening entertaining. We have the decking lit with solar lighting around the decking.

Our caravan is bronze graded. It is fully central heated and double glazed with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a very comfy king size bed, en-suite, 24” Smart TV and ample wardrobe storage. A hairdryer, straighteners and curlers are provided too. There’s also two twin bedded rooms, each with a wardrobe.

The caravan comes complete with pillows, duvets and a fresh bed linen pack, ready for you to make up beds yourselves. Bed linen must be used to protect the duvets pillows. You will need to supply your own towels. A free travel cot and highchair are available should they be needed for your stay.

The living room is extremely large and spacious, with comfy seating, a coffee table, electric fire, 43” Smart TV, Amazon Fire TV Stick (all sports, movies, TV channels), plus a hard drive with over 700 movies, free Wi-Fi and a Bluetooth speaker.

The fully equipped kitchen has all the utensils you could possibly need, along with a fridge freezer, microwave, air fryer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and toastie maker. The separate dining area seats 4 people.

There is a large car park area in front of the caravan.

It is now time to have fun and make lovely memories, and hopefully return to us next year to enjoy again.

Bookings & Conditions

We require a £50 non-refundable deposit to secure your date, payable by bank transfer.

The remaining balance is payable 6 weeks before or if less than 6 weeks full payment is required.

We are happy to refund only if the park is forced closed with coronavirus. No other cancellation refunds accepted.

We also ask for an £80 Damage/Breakage bond, which will be fully refunded within 5 working days of your departure, as long as no loss, damage and/or breakages are found or the need for an excessive clean.

Haven Passes for your holiday are NOT included in our rental price, but can be purchased through Haven. If you don’t have passes, you can use the supermarket, Mash & Barrel Restaurant, the arcade, parks and takeaway only.

Check in is 2:30pm – however, if the cleaning has been done and the sticker is on the door, you can go in early.
Check out is by 10am on day of departure as the caravan will need to be cleared for the next family. Any late check out may be charged.

Strictly NO smoking/vaping allowed.

Strictly NO pets. Please be aware however, that as owners, we do take our own dog when we visit, so the caravan may not be suitable for those with allergies.

NO adult group bookings allowed, as per Haven rules.

Charging of electric vehicles is NOT allowed. We are not insured to do this and the caravan electrics will not cope. There are charging points in the main car parking area by the facilities.

If any of the above rules are broken, we reserve the right to ask you to leave and NO refund will be given.
