Caravan Description

Our family owned caravan at Kiln Park Holiday Park, is perfect for families and young children. It also has a private parking space directly outside the caravan.

Our caravan is only a short walk away from all the park’s amenities and the beautiful south beach. Also, Tenby town is within walking distance and offers stunning bars and restaurants, along with boat trips around the Pembrokeshire coastline and the lovely Caldey Island.

The caravan is fully double glazed, with central heating throughout, and there are smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, plus a fire extinguisher to ensure your peace of mind and safety.

The master bedroom has an en-suite toilet with wash basin, along with double wardrobes, a dressing table and a 32” wall-mounted TV.

The two twin bedrooms each have a wardrobe and bedside cupboards.

The main bathroom has a large shower cubicle, toilet, wash basin and wall cabinet.

We have a modern, open plan kitchen, complete with full size cooker, integrated fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and air fryer etc. The dining area has a table and six chairs.

Within the living room we have a 4 seater and 2 seater, modern free standing furniture, with matching stools stored neatly under the coffee table. There’s also an electric fire, 43” 4k flat screen TV and DVD player, a radio, plus built-in speakers with Bluetooth connection.

Patio doors lead out onto a secure, wraparound, lockable decking, which is ideal for little ones. Rattan furniture is available to the front, and side of the decking is perfect for a relaxing sunny day.



Bookings & Condition

All beds have hygiene protectors on the mattresses. Quilts and pillows are provided for all beds. Guests MUST bring their own towels.

Bookings are accepted for couples and families only.

Strictly NO PETS and NO SMOKING.

Leisure passes are NOT provided, but can be purchased through the park on your arrival.

The caravan will be ready at 2pm on your day of arrival. It must be vacated before 11am on your departure day.

A £100 deposit is to be paid on booking. Full payment is due 6 week prior to your arrival date.

A refundable £100 bond will also be required a week before your arrival. This will be refunded on the day of your departure, as long as loss, damages and or breakages have occurred or the need for an excessive clean.



Location

Kiln Park is a Haven site with lots of amenities available on the park. These include:

. Newly refurbished Marina lounge, with children’s and adults’ nightly entertainment
. Laundry facilities
. Large shop that is well-stocked for all your needs
. The Harbour restaurant, which serves breakfast, lunch, evening meals and Sunday carvery
. An amusement arcade
. Bike hiring and archery facilities
. Tennis courts, soft play area and outdoor park
. Burger king, Papa John’s pizza and fish and chips (take away and delivery available)

Should you wish to venture off the Park, in Tenby town centre you are spoilt for choice, with lovely cafés and restaurants available. Also, there are lots of boat trips on offer, and a visit to Caldey Island or a trip around the lovely Pembrokeshire coastal path would be time well spent.
