Our luxury holiday home for hire at Greenacres Holiday Park is fully equipped for your family holiday, to include outdoor dining BBQ and games, plus private parking.

Our Willerby Lorne holiday home is fully equipped with all that you need for a fantastic family holiday. The location, Gull Court, is both safe and quiet, making it ideal for families as well as couples of all ages. It is situated mid-way between the entertainment complex and direct access to the beautiful and famous Black Rock Sands which, with its acres of golden sand, dunes, rock pools and caves, is always the main focus of family holidays and is just a five minute stroll away.

We have a large grassy play area as well as private parking for two vehicles.

Our caravan is 37ft long x 12ft wide and the extra 2ft of width makes a huge difference to the usable feel of the caravan and gives it a feeling of spaciousness.

The lounge area is fully fitted out with lovely upholstered fitted seating. There is a flat screen TV with a DVD player as well as a CD player. There is also a first aid kit and a cooling fan.

The dining area has fitted seating, stools and an oval dining table. The kitchen, which is fully equipped for the preparation of family meals with gas cooker and microwave, has a fire extinguisher and can be separated from the lounge/dining area by a curtain.

There are three bedrooms: The primary with a double bed has direct access to the shower/wash room. The second bedroom has two single beds whilst the third has a single bed and a medium-level bunk bed, which all children find exciting. Additionally the lounge has a fold away double bed meaning that eight people can be slept should it be needed. There is a separate room for the WC and wash basin.

We have a gas fire, ceiling heating panels, heated towel rail and full domestic-spec double glazing as well as underfloor insulation to keep you all cosy.

Outside we have a large table, BBQ and plenty of chairs. There is also an hose, which is very useful for cleaning off beach sand.

We provide DUVETS and PILLOWS suitable for a six person party, so you will need to bring with you the following items: DUVET COVERS, PILLOW CASES, SHEETS, TOWELS and TEA TOWELS

As parents of three children ourselves, we understand all about family holidays, what goes on and how things can inevitably get broken. All we ask is that you leave the caravan as you found it and either report or replace any breakages.

We thank you for your co-operation in this and wish you, and your family, the very best of holidays!

As this is a privately owned caravan we respectfully insist on the following:

1. No single sex groups as these are forbidden by Park rules.
2. Maximum party size of SIX persons.
3. NO SMOKING WITHIN THE CARAVAN.
4. No pets of any sort are allowed.

PAYMENT

A £100 deposit is required to secure your booking.
BALANCE is due in full SIX WEEKS prior to your holiday.
A refundable security deposit of £50 is also required with balance.

The security deposit is fully refundable providing that no breakages are reported by our cleaners. In this case a fair adjustment would be made to cover replacement.

NB: Prices INCLUDE gas and electricity.

Our preferred method of payment is using PAYPAL as detailed below. However we realise that some people prefer to pay by cheque and this method is equally acceptable to us; details on request.

We use PAYPAL to carry out all debit/credit card transactions on our behalf. They have completely secure severs which allow you to enter your details FAST, FREE and in SAFETY.

You will not be charged anything extra either by Paypal or by us and full details will be sent to you via an email when we have agreed the date and price of your holiday.
