Caravan Description

The caravan is situated in the prime cul-de-sac location of Rose Court, on Greenacres Holiday Park, not far from the complex.

The stunning beach is accessible direct (by foot) over the sand dunes. Access by car is further down the main road outside the site.

The 2 bedroom caravan is double glazed and centrally heated throughout. It consists of a large open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen with full size cooker, fridge/ freezer, microwave, kettle & toaster.

The main bedroom has a king-size bed, dressing table, floor to ceiling wardrobes, bedside cabinets, overbed cupboards and an en-suite (toilet & washbasin). *There is also room for a travel cot (not provided).*
The second bedroom has twin beds (which can be made into a double), a wardrobe, bedside table & overbed cupboards.

The main bathroom consists of a shower, toilet, washbasin, heated towel rail, wall & floor cabinets & shelving.

Duvets & pillows are provided but you will need to bring your own sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases, towels & tea towels.
Free WiFi & a Welcome Pack - consisting of tea, coffee, sugar & biscuits plus washing up liquid, dishcloth & scourer are provided. Cleaning products & an iron can be found under the sink.
A highchair, tabletop ironing board & clothes airer can be found in the wardrobe in the main bedroom.

The French doors in the lounge open out onto the decked area, where you will find a patio table and chairs. There is also a private parking

Deposit is £100 with the booking form, £50 of which is refunded after your stay, provided there is no damage.
The balance will be due 4 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday.

Location

Haven's Greenacres Holiday Park is located at Black Rock Sands in Porthmadog, Gwynedd.

There is a large complex on site, comprising of the main reception area, Cook's fish & chips, a well stocked convenience store, arcade, Mash & Barrel (bar & restaurant), Millie’s Cookies, Papa John's pizzas and the swimming pool. The complex also houses the main entertainment centre, the Marina Bar & Lounge. There are daily activities for children of various ages too. Bingo for the adults and nightly entertainment for everyone can be found in the Marina Lounge, while the Marina Bar shows many major sports events on several large screens.

Outside the complex you'll find crazy golf, a bungee jump, football pitch, children’s play area and the outdoor water play. There are also lots of tables outside the Mash & Barrel for a drink in the sunshine, while watching the children play, or catching up with friends and family.

Off site and nearby, you'll find llama trecking, a beautiful sandy beach, golf course and beautiful walks. A little further afield is Portmerion (famous for The Prisoner), the delightful small gauge steam trains and Bedgelert.

If you want to venture a little further, the mainline train to Barmouth passes along the beautiful Welsh coast, or you can take the steam train to Caernarfon.
