Caravan Description

Welcome to our lovely family owned caravan that is situated at Greenacres, Blackrock Sands, Porthmadog,North Wales.

The caravan is sited on a large plot on Kestrel Way, the caravan has opening French doors leading to a large wrap around decking area that is gated and secure.

The caravan has three bedrooms, one of which is a double bedroom with toilet overhead and floor standing wardrobes, units with drawers and a dressing table with a Freeview television.

The further two twin rooms each have 2 single beds with wardrobes and overhead storage and mirrors.
There is also a family bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet and wash basin.
The lounge area has a 3 seater and a 2 seater settee and a table with two soft seating stools.

There is a 42” Smart Freeview TV, a DVD player along with a surround sound system with Bluetooth with remote control.

The lounge area also has a modern electric fire.

There is also a Wi-Fi hub within the caravan.
There is a well fitted kitchen area with everything you need to prepare a family meal or snacks.

The caravan is home from home with central heating and double glazing.

There is a dining table with chairs and a full height fridge freezer.



Outside the caravan is a large wrap around decking that covers the front , side and rear with a secure gate for entry, there is rattan furniture and a table and chairs ideal for a family.


The caravan is on a large plot and have parking for a number of cars, there is also a key safe on the decking so there entry to the caravan can be made without the needed to attend reception and queue.

The caravan is centrally sited with a 3-4 minute walk to the main complex or the beach.






BOOKINGS

Bookings are now being taken for Monday to Friday, Friday to Monday, Monday to Monday or Friday to Friday breaks.


PLEASE NOTE 

Haven Fun Passes are NOT included in the price of the holiday home however these can be purchased directly separately from Haven.

You DO NOT need passes to use the Haven restaurant , entry to the amusements and outdoor and indoor play areas.

Please be advised that we are not responsible for anything other than the holiday home you are booking and registering your arrival and departure with Haven.

We cannot guarantee what facilities will be available on site during your stay as you are paying for the hire of the holiday home only.



A £100 non-returnable deposit is required to secure your holiday and will be refunded once the caravan has been inspected following your stay and no loss or damage is found.

Full payment for your stay must be received 8 weeks before your start date. 



Please note that pillows, duvets and mattress protectors are provided, however you will need to bring your own pillow cases, quilt covers and bottom sheets, as well as your own towels.

The cleaning company will leave a 

tea towel, washing up liquid, dish sponge for your arrival.

Once the balance of your stay has been made I will register your details with Haven and they will then contact you direct with your reference number and details of how to purchase the play passes if you wish.







LOCATION



Greenacres Holiday Park is a fantastic venue for family holidays with something for everybody to do.

The Blue Flag, award-winning Blackrock Sands beach is only a few minutes’ walk away and 

Greenacres Holiday Park is ideal for all ages and the entertainment complex is also only a short walk away from our static caravan.

The complex is home to the newly-built Marina Bar, which hosts the entertainment along with a well-stocked supermarket,fish and chip shop,launderette,the Mash and Barrel bar and restaurant with outside terrace,Millie’s Cookies and ice cream bar and a amusement arcade.

There’s also the indoor heated swimming pool and the splash zone outside.

Greenacres is close to the busy town of Porthmadog , the Ffestiniog Steam Railway, and the harbour .

A local bus service runs from the park into town and the scenery in this part of Wales is truly breathtaking and the area offers several enjoyable walks to be completed either locally or within the Snowdonia National Park including Mount Snowdon.

The fascinating tourist village of Portmeirion is also just only a short drive away.
