Caravan Description

Our beautiful holiday home on Golden Sand Holiday Park in Rhyl, is a huge 42’ x 14’ model, complete with combi boiler, central heating and full double glazing.

Golden Sands is a 12 month park so the caravan is available all year!

The separate lounge has floor to ceiling windows, with large patio doors at the front leading to the UPVC decking across the front and down the side. Within the lounge is a wall-mounted, flat screen TV, a modern three piece suite, modern electric wall-mounted fire and DAB Bluetooth hi-fi, plus Sky TV and Wi-Fi.

Next to the lounge is the fitted kitchen with built in oven/grill, hob and extract above. There’s also a large American style fridge freezer with ice maker, an air fryer, toaster, kettle, microwave, Optigrill and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine. Plates, bowls, mugs, pots and pans are all provided too.

The kitchen leads to a hallway with the shower room and bedrooms.

The shower room has a corner shower, toilet and wash basin with illuminated mirror above.

The twin bedroom has larger than normal beds, a wardrobe and flat screen Freeview TV.

Them main bedroom suite boasts a king size bed with Velux window above, a dressing table and cupboards for storage, along with a flat screen Freeview TV. Off the bedroom is a large walk-in wardrobe, with iron and ironing board included, along with a large bathroom with a large bath with shower and screen, a basin and toilet.

All beds are made up before your arrival, but please bring your oven towels.

This beautiful holiday home at Golden Sands Holiday Park, also benefits from full central heating with radiators.

Outside there is decking with furniture to the front and side, plus parking for 2 cars.




Bookings & Conditions

There is a £50 /week non-refundable deposit required to secure your dates. A registration form will be emailed to you for you to print off and take to reception when you check in.

Full payment MUST be received 4 weeks before the start of your holiday.

An additional £75 breakage deposit will be required with the final payment, which will be returned to you within 7 days once the caravan has been checked and everything found to be in good order.

Keys are picked up from Reception after purchasing passes (NOT included in cost of holiday).

Check in is at 2pm. Check out is by 10am.

Sorry no pets are allowed.

Couples and families only.

MAXIMUM of 4 people ** Important note ** Should more than 4 people be found staying in the caravan, the whole party will be asked to leave with no refund.

No candles allowed in the caravan.

Electric cars MUST NOT be charged through the caravan power supply as this will overload the low amperage supply to the caravan. Charging points are available locally.




Location

Golden Sands Holiday Park is located on Foryd Road, Kinmel Bay, Rhyl. The many on site facilities include:

. Launderette
. Chip shop

There is also a shop at the entrance of the Park and a beach access gate just one minute from our holiday home.

Out and about you will find a local weekend market just a 15 minute walk away, plus two fun fairs – one a 15 minute walk and the other a 20 minute walk.

An Asda store can also be found just a 15 minute walk away.

Rhyl itself is a 30 minute walk.
