Caravan Description

Lovely 38' x12', 3 bed sea view caravan to let located right on the first row of Golden Sands Holiday Park in Rhyl, overlooking the beach, with direct access to the beach & coastal walks from a gate at the side of the caravan.

Our modern, double glazed and central heated caravan has a lounge diner with patio doors to take full advantage of the fantastic sea views and beautiful sunsets. There is a TV in the lounge and a second small TV in the double bedroom.

There is a kitchen with oven, fridge freezer, microwave , kettle toaster etc, a shower room and three bedrooms, one double and two twins, sleeping six. The master bedroom also has an en-suite toilet.

Duvets , pillows and bedding are supplied.

Please note that because of the unique location of the caravan there is no parking at the side of the caravan. Parking is on the roadway.

The cost of the caravan does not include the cost of the entertainment passes.

Guests need to register at reception on arrival, pay a registration fee and receive their entertainment passes. As a guide weekly fees for a family of four are £75 - £120 depending on the season, and £50-£100 for a short break.

Under 5s are free.

Activities including swimming can be booked online up to three weeks before your holiday, using your caravan number as booking reference, alternatively you can speak to Guest Services at the park.

The caravan is accessed by a key safe and the code for that week will be given once full balance has been paid. Guests should return the key to the key safe on leaving. There is a barrier on the park now and reception will give you the code when you book in.

The caravan will be available by three o clock and we ask that you leave before eleven o clock to allow us time to prepare the caravan for the next guests.

A £100 deposit secures your holiday. This is not a security deposit and is not returned after the holiday The remaining balance is to be paid a month before the start of your holiday.

Unfortunately holidays cancelled after the deposit has been paid, will lose their deposit. Holidays cancelled after full payment has been made will lose the full payment.

The lead person should be over 21 years of age and only people booked in with us can stay in the caravan.

Location

Golden Sands is a 5* holiday park in North Wales with loads of facilities on offer, including a family club, sports bar, arcade, indoor swimming pool, outdoor play area and football court and chippy.

On arriving when you go through barrier keep to the left past the chippy and up to the beach gates. The caravan is on the right.

There is a shop at the end of the access road or you can walk to ASDA along the coastal path or roadway.
