This Willerby Lyndhurst 3 is in excellent condition and has everything you need for a family holiday.
The caravan is situated in a quiet spot, close to the children's playground, at 18 Primrose Field, and is only 5 minutes from the Haven entertainment centre.
Living Area
The caravan has a comfortable lounge with gas fire, coffee table, flat screen TV, Freeview, DVD and video player, with an extensive collection of over 50 videos. Guests often comment how they have enjoyed watching the 'oldioes'.
The children’s play area can be seen from the living room door and window.
Kitchen & Dining
The fitted kitchen has ample worktops and cupboards, a built-in gas oven, grill and hob, fridge/freezer, a microwave, toaster and kettle.
Full crockery, cutlery and other kitchen and dining essentials are also provided.
The dining area has a circular table and comfortably seats 6.
An iron and ironing board are provided.
Sleeping
The double bedroom has a fitted wardrobe, dressing table, over the bed cupboards and bedside cabinets. There is ample drawer space and an electric wall mounted heater.
A double quilt and pillows are provided. Beds are made up on arrival.
There are two twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, drawers and bedside cabinets. There are also ceiling mounted electric heaters. Beds can be pushed together to make a double, however only single quilts are provided for the twin bedrooms. A travel hairdryer is also provided.
Bathroom
The shower/bathroom comprises of a brand new shower cubicle and ceramic hand basin, vanity unit and electric wall heater.
There is a separate toilet room with ceramic hand basin.
There is no smoking in the caravan for the comfort of future guests and for safety and insurance reasons.

Primrose Valley Holiday Park is situated in Filey, on the North Yorkshire coast. It provides easy access to the North Yorks Moors and and York, as well as surrounding areas.There are ample activities provided on site and on the beach, but if you want to go further the local area provides a wide range of activities. Birdlington, Scarborough and York are within easy access, as are Flamingoland and Lightwater Valley.
