The chalet is sited on the peaceful Sunbeach Holiday Park with facilities including an indoor swimming pool (membership included), the Oasis clubhouse (membership included), amusement centre, a good fish and chip shop, convenience store, launderette and plenty of grass for the children to run around on. So there is plenty to do, or you can just sit and relax.
Within a 5 minute walk of the Park is everything you could need; the lovely sandy California beach, a number of take-away shops, amusement centres and the California Tavern Pub and restaurant.
A short drive into Caister-on-Sea provides further facilities including a Tesco Supermarket and numerous other shops.
Sunbeach Holiday Park is just 5 miles north of Great Yarmouth which has all the attractions of a large seaside town, plus horse racing and stock and banger car racing.

The Indoor Swimming pool is under new management for 2008 and will be open every day from Good Friday until the end of the season. The pool will also be heated properly.
