Within a 5 minute walk of the Park is everything you could need; the lovely sandy California beach, a number of take-away shops, amusement centres and the California Tavern Pub and restaurant.

A short drive into Caister-on-Sea provides further facilities including a Tesco Supermarket and numerous other shops.

Sunbeach Holiday Park is just 5 miles north of Great Yarmouth which has all the attractions of a large seaside town, plus horse racing and stock and banger car racing.

Membership to the Club Oasis is included in your holiday. However Club Oasis Management have decided to put on a couple of ‘ticket only’ evenings in the quieter times - dates of these evenings are to be confirmed.

Entry to the indoor pool is included in your holiday, opening times to be confirmed.

Terms & Conditions

No single sex groups under 21.
Any damaged items must be paid for or replaced like for like.
NO SMOKING inside the chalet please.
Vehicles are parked & left at owners own risk.

The owners will not be held responsible for any injury to any member of the party or any loss, damage or theft of personal effects in the chalet or on the site.

A £50 non refundable* deposit is required per week, payable when booking.

We also require a £100 damage deposit payable on all rentals, this is refundable upon chalet & its contents being left in satisfactory condition. The Balance of your holiday, including the damage deposit, is payable 6 weeks before your holiday date.

Dogs are allowed by prior arrangement only, and there is a charge of £5 per let to cover the cost of extra cleaning. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all time on the site.

Bed linen is avaliable on request at a cost of £20 per let.
