All pillows and quilts are provided, guests must supply their own bed linen and towels/tea towels (I can arrange hire if required). Highchair and travel cot available on request.

Heating, hot water gas and electric is included in the price the shower room has a power shower and a double shower cubical and a basin.

The separate toilet has a jack and jill style access with a door leading from the hallway also one off the master bedroom to make it on-suite.

Entertainment on site

Amusement arcade, bars, children's clubs, children's entertainment, children's soft play area for the young ones, playground with new play equipment for 2010, grocery store, laundry facilities, pool tables, restaurants, indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool in the summer, take away snack bar, Wi-Fi, plus all the facilities of the sea view site just a 10 minute walk away.

Also the beach at Bowlease cove is accessed from the park a 10min walk across fields or a footpath.

Weymouth is an excellent holiday venue for all ages and interests. A safe sandy beach good for paddling and swimming also sailing with donkey rides and punch and judy crab fishing. A harbour with boat trips and sea fishing available as well as a diving school a pleasant dock area to watch the fishermen and buy fresh fish day trips to jersey, walks around portland castle and nothe fort radipole lake and swannery.

Also lodmoor country park with its rspb nature reserve, sharkeys play zone and the sealife centre only a short bus ride away!

1/ all bookings are from Saturday 3pm arrival to 10am Saturday on the departure day.

2/ the occupier will be held responsible for any loss or damage of equipment during their stay

3/ only persons named on the booking form are allowed to stay in the caravan or the insurance is invalid

4/ the lead person on the form must be over 21 at the time of booking

5/ if any person of your party displays anti social behaviour ,your whole party could be evicted from the park by haven with no compensation

6/ we cannot accept liability for any personal injury, loss or damage which any of your party sustain

7/ we are unable to accept bookings from all male or all female groups.

8/ deposits of 100.00 peak weeks and 50.00 low season ; the balance paid four weeks prior to the holiday start date. If the balance is not received by this date we will assume you no longer want the caravan so it may be re-let

9/ deposits are not refundable due to cancellation unless we are able to re-let the caravan

10/ we are unable to accept liability for noise created by workers, other campers, caravan movement

11/ pets and smoking are not allowed in this van to avoid damage.

It is a very nice caravan and I want everyone to enjoy their holiday in it so please treat it with respect thank you entertainment passes are required to access the fun works complex, these are not included in the price but can be purchased on arrival or I can organize them for you.
