The kitchen is fully equipped with full size fridge, freezer and cooker with extractor hood. There is also a microwave, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board and all the usual cooking utensils and crockery you may need.

There is a dining area with table and chairs and a display cabinet with a selection of games, books, CDs and DVDs to help keep the family entertained.

In the lounge there is a large flat screen TV with freeview and DVD player, plus a music centre with radio and CD player. There is also a magazine rack and a coffee table. Double patio doors lead on to the veranda direct from the lounge/dining area.

We also provide a full size vacuum cleaner and even a hairdryer.

Our holiday caravan is situated in a lovely peaceful spot on South View and has the advantage of a large veranda with seating area for that al-fresco dining with lovely views over one of the many ponds and waterfalls on the site. We can almost guarantee you will receive a visit from some of the resident ducks who like to come and say hello.

Finally there is hard standing for two vehicles at the side of the caravan and plenty of grassed area for the children to run around.

Booking conditions

The maximum occupancy of the caravan is 6 persons.

Groups of single sex parties are not permitted (site rules).

Lead name must be over 21 years old.

A £50 per week deposit is required to secure you holiday. New bookings will be held for 5 days to allow for deposit payment to be received. The final balance must be paid 28 days prior to commencement of holiday or caravan may be relet and deposit forfeited.

A £50 security deposit will be added to the final price which will be refunded within 7 days of vacating the caravan as long as it has been left in a clean and tidy condition with no breakages or damage.

Payment is accepted by cash, cheque, paypal or debit/credit card over the phone.

Southview Leisure Park

Southview Leisure Park is Lincolnshire's premier 5* Leisure Park situated just a few minutes drive from the seafront of Skegness with all its shops, amusement arcades, lively entertainment and wonderful attractions for the family. If you fancy leaving the car for a day there is an excellent bus service which runs direct from the park into Skegness.

At Southview you will find all the usual facilities plus many more to keep you and your family occupied during your stay.

Indoor heated swimming pool with jacuzzi Fitness gym, 9 hole golf course with putting green, Fishing lakes, Bowling green, Snooker lounge.

FACILITIES:

Sun beds and sauna, Children's pool, Restaurant, Sports bar and Hotel bar with entertainment, Children's play areas, Amusement Arcade, plus a new internet café.

Should you wish to use all the facilities at Southview passes are available from Reception on site.

Club room with party nights, cabaret, bingo, disco and lots of children's activities including Barney and his friends, Gift shop and grocery store, Hairdressing salon, Launderette.

Local Area

If you fancy a trip off site, as well as Skegness there is the vibrant town of Mablethorpe or Chapel St Leonards which are only a short drive away. The antique shops of Horncastle are very close by. Or perhaps the very lively Pleasure Island with its wonderful Sunday market.

If a more leisurely holiday is planned there is the nearby National Trust property at Gunby Hall or perhaps Gibraltar Point or just simply drive off and lose yourself in the Lincolnshire Fens.

In November/December there are the magnificent baby seals to be seen on the beaches at Donnor Nook which is about 45 minutes drive from Southview.
