The Lounge – with comfortable seating including a window seat and a fold away sprung double bed. For your use we provide a TV, DVD player and Freeview.

The Bedrooms - For the 2012 season onwards all three bedrooms will have a wall mounted flat screen TV with built-in DVD player and Freeview.

The main bedroom has an en suite toilet with wash hand basin, a double bed with over head light and bedside cabinets. There is also a dressing table and ample wardrobe space. The second bedroom has ample storage space and two single beds, one of which folds away under the other when not in use or can form a double bed if required. The third bedroom has two beds, one of which is a fold up bunk bed and when folded away it gives your children plenty of space to play. There is ample wardrobe space and also a dressing table.

The Shower Room - with a thermostatic shower, wash hand basin, toilet and a heated towel rail.

Outside the caravan there is a cycle rack and storage for the garden furniture.

The Arizona

The Kitchen - fully equipped as per the Family Retreat, but with a fridge with ice box.

The Lounge & Dining Area – with ample comfortable seating incorporating a fold away sprung double bed. There is also storage located in the lounge and for your use we provide a TV, DVD player and Freeview.

The Bedrooms - The main bedroom has a double bed, bedside cabinets, a dressing table and ample wardrobe space. The second and third bedrooms have two single beds, which can be made into double beds if required, bedside tables and wardrobes.

The Shower Room - with a shower, wash hand basin, toilet and heated towel rail.

Both caravans have a hoover, iron and ironing board.

Linen hire available at £5 per bed - max £20. We also have available to hire, travel cots and bed side at £5 per week and an adult wheelchair at £10 per week. Please check availability when booking.

On arrival you will find tea, coffee, sugar, milk and concentrated orange juice, so you can make yourselves a drink before unpacking!

Please Note: Our prices include 4 passes for Butlins entertainment and the swimming pools etc. plus all gas and electricity. Further passes can be purchased if required.

Butlins Skyline Holiday Village is within walking distance of Fantasy Island and Ingoldmells. Chapel St Leonards and Skegness are just a short drive away, or easily accessible by bus.
