The fully fitted kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, crockery and pans etc.

The large lounge/diner has a corner settee, table and chairs, colour TV/VCR with digibox, and a radio/CD player.

There is also a large walk-in shower room with separate WC.

Outside there is a large sunny balcony with table and chairs, and a BBQ. There is a gate on the balcony to keep small children safe. Parking space is right next to the caravan.

Hoburne Park

Hoburne Park is perfect for a family holiday. It has indoor and outdoor heated pools, a sauna, steam room, clubhouse with Sammy Seahorse club for children, and adult evening entertainment daily in season. There is also a bar, restaurant and take-away, children's playground, football field, mini golf, tennis court, bowling alley, games arcade, and a launderette.

A family pass will be required to access all of the facilities at a cost of £25 per week, per caravan.

The local shop is a 5 minute walk away.

Out & About

Hoburne Park is between Highcliffe and Mudeford, Dorset. You can walk to Avon beach or Mudeford Quay in just 15 minutes.

Christchurch town and harbour is 2 miles away and has plenty of shops, restaurants, pubs and tea rooms.

Popular New Forest attractions are just a short drive away.

Lymington (10 miles) is a popular market town with many High Street and designer shops. You can catch the ferry to the Isle of Wight from the harbour.

Bournemouth (8 miles) has all that you would expect to find in a major seaside resort.

There are numerous sporting activities nearby, such as fishing, sailing, kite-surfing and golf etc. There is even a dry ski slope in Christchurch.

Hoburne Park is for families or couples only - No single sex groups allowed on site.
