Our fully air conditioned holiday home is located on the fabulous Parc St James (Montana), a family site with all the amenities you require to make your stay a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience.

We have 2 bedrooms, one double and 1 twin (the twin beds can be joined to make a double, and there is also a cot available for use on one of the single beds. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and hand basin, and there is also a separate WC.

The lounge has a comfortable L shaped sofa, which converts to a full double bed.
There is a TV, DVD player with a range of DVDs, radio/Bluetooth speaker and has the benefit of air conditioning and a fitted fan.

The fully equipped kitchen has a fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is plenty of crockery, cutlery, pots and pans.


Outside

Our gated garden benefits from both sun and shade. Our gazebo covered dining area has an overhead light and is decorated with fairy lights. There is a separate decked area for sun bathing with loungers.

We have an outside cook station, with a George Forman Grill, slow cooker and air fryer. The drinks fridge is situated in a storage box. There is another storage box for cushions and beach gear which you are welcome to use.

A second deck is round the corner and offers a shady spot during the day, but enjoys the evening sun, the perfect place for an evening tipple.

Parc Activities

Our plot is in a great position within easy walking distance from the onsite facilities.

Parc St James has 2 swimming pools, one with Jacuzzi, water slides, a kids’ water park with fountains and water jets, snack bar, plenty of terraces and lounges. During high season a life guard is on duty, and you can join in the aqua aerobics, water polo and various fun and games, alternatively you can choose to watch from afar!

At the hub of the Parc, there are bars, a great restaurant, snack bar, varied entertainment and activities, a gym, launderette, shop selling essentials and freshly baked baguettes twice a day. For our younger guests there is a kids’ club and park with play equipment.

Elsewhere on site you can enjoy tennis, mini golf, volleyball, table tennis, boules, football and an adult outdoor multigym.

There are miles of cycle paths outside the site and bicycle hire can be arranged.

Getting here
Airports -
Nice airport is approx. 1 hr 40 mins with lots of flights available.
Toulon/Hyeres is 45 mins, only flights from a few UK airports.
Marseille is approx. 1 hr 45 mins

Car hire is available at all airports.

Train – you can travel via Eurostar to Paris and then get an overnight train to the south, you can even put your own car on a train!

Driving – many people drive to the south of France every year from the UK. If you’d like more information, please let me know.



Location

Parc St James is perfectly located for getting around the Cote d’Azur.

St Tropez is just 5 km away, a wander around the harbour and the quaint streets and alleys is a must. You may even spot a celebrity from one of the multi-million pound yachts, enjoy a meal or perhaps a spot of shopping.

The famous St Tropez beaches are a little out of town, and offer a range of water sports, bars and clubs.

Port Grimaud or little Venice is just down the road. The pedestrian area where the roads are inlets have fabulous boats, some great bars and restaurants. You can even hire an electric boat. There’s also a great beach at the end of the road, with a range of activities including scuba diving.

Gassin, described as one of the most beautiful villages in France is located on the hillside behind parc St James, the views of the bay of St Tropez are amazing

Le Croix Valmer is a great village, the tourist information here is brilliant. Just beyond are some amazing beaches, known collectively as Plage du Debarquement, this stretch of beach goes all the way to Cavalaire sur Mer, with various different name changes, bars, restaurants and water sports along the way.

Grimaud Village and Coglin are also just down the road.

There are markets in and around the area most days, and a couple of antique and flea markets.

Aqualand is located in St Maxime and another further afield a Frejus.

Park Azur – a permanent fun fair is a great night out, its opens nightly at 8. You’ll also see minigolf, go karting, quadbikes in the local area.

The Gorge du Verdon is a great day out, just relax and enjoy the view, kayak, swim, go white water rafting.

Monaco is approximately 2 hours away.
Nice is Approx 1hr 40 mins away.
Cannes is Approx 1hr 20 mins.
Marseille approx. 1hr 45 mins.
