Caravan Description

Beautiful, pet friendly caravan for hire on Haven’s Haggerston Castle Holiday Park, complete with double glazing, central heating and free, unlimited Wi-Fi.

£75 security bond payable, this is returned once van cleaned and inspected. We are happy to allow well trained and behaved dogs a £25 charge applicable for each dog max 2 on agreement.

Our beautiful holiday home at Haggerston Castle, offers an open plan living area comprising the lounge, dining area and well-fitted kitchen, with a full size fridge/freezer.

There are 2 bedrooms, plus a sofa bed in the living area. The master bedroom is extremely spacious and consists of a king size bed, full size double wardrobe, dressing table with drawers, bedside tables, a small chest of drawers and a 32” Smart TV (with Netflix, Disney+ and Prime Video installed and ready to view).

There is 43” Smart TV in living area, complete with Netflix, Disney+ and Prime Video all ready to watch, along with a remote controlled electric fire.

We have a large toilet and shower room.

We also have a great outside patio area to the entrance of the caravan, with secure decking to the front.

We are situated on a sunny, corner plot and have our own private, grassy area on the other side of the caravan. We DO NOT look onto another caravan, instead we have lovely views of a garden/grassy area, so you can watch your children play games or have picnics.

Our 2020 family-owned holiday caravan is situated on Riverside at Haggerston Castle Holiday Park. set on a lovely corner plot with decking and garden view.

Our lovely holiday caravan is only a 2 minute walk from the complex, beer garden, play park and main activities, making this a perfect location for families or anyone with mobility issues.

Out & About

There are many places close by that are worth a visit, including:

. The new leisure complex with a great pool in Berwick (Berwick Sports and Leisure Centre) - you will need to pre-book your session

. Alnwick Castle, for Harry Potter fans

. Seahouses, Bambrugh Castle and beach, just 30 minutes away

. Holy Island, which is just down the road, but please check tidal times

. Boat trip from Seahouses. I do recommend this sail and you might get lucky and see dolphins - we saw loads of seals and you will see lots of puffins. This is dog friendly too.
. Dunbar Scotland. John Muir country Park - visitors with a wonderful facility for walking, playing, visiting the beach and observing wildlife. There is ample parking, a public toilet and next door is East Links Family Park

. East Links Family Park - offering a train safari where you can feed the farm animals, pony rides, small animal handling, go karts, trampolines, jelly belly, hay barn with climbing walls and ball blast arena; while the smaller children can experience a soft play area, toddlers tractors and crazy bikes. There is a 15,000 square foot Fortress to play on with a giant slide, 18 hole, farm-themed crazy golf adventure and cross the bridge to Duck Island.

. Foxlake Adventures provides adrenaline filled outdoor activities, It’s the perfect place for family fun. Why not try Wakeboarding, Ringos, Segways and Open Water Swimming. Located in the heart of East Lothian 25 miles east of Edinburgh, Foxlake is nestled in beautiful woodland on the edge of the John Muir

. Belhaven Brewery - Enjoy a tour of Scotland’s oldest working brewery and a tasting of Scotland’s favourite ales and stouts. Capacity – 10 persons per tour*. Duration – approx 1hr 30mins to 2hours.
