Our bright, airy, and comfortable sea view caravan has a large veranda with outdoor seating. It is situated on the Norfolk coastal path with beach access and panoramic sea views.

The lounge area comprises of two sofas, one of which is reclining, and a relaxing reclining swivel chair looking out to sea through the large bay window. We also have a modern 32" TV with integral DVD player and plenty of DVDs, plus a selection of books, to keep you amused. There is also a gas fire.

The well equipped kitchen has a gas oven and hob, under counter fridge/freezer, microwave and the equipment you need to cook a family meal. There is a separate dining area containing a table and four dining chairs.

The hallway has an electric panel heater and leads through to a single WC, the main bathroom and two bedrooms.

The main bathroom has a good size shower, toilet and sink. We provide a bath mat but you will need to bring your own towels.

Bedroom one offers a comfortable double bed with dressing table, plenty of wardrobe/drawer storage, and an electric panel heater. Bedroom 2 contains two single beds, wardrobe/cupboard storage, and a electric panel heater. Linen is provided and beds are made up for you.

There is parking down the side of the van on grass, but in bad/exceptionally wet weather it is advised to use parking at Reception, just a minutes walk away.

The modern outside decking area overlooking the amazing sea view is spacious and features a gate keeping it secure, and outside seating.

Gas and electric are included in the hire charge.

A £75 deposit will secure your booking and will be returned to you following a satisfactory inspection of the caravan after your stay. It should be left clean and tidy and any breakages paid for.


Location

Trimingham House Caravan Park offers a club house (weekly bingo and entertainment/bands during the main season), heated outdoor swimming pool and small child’s splash pool with a sun terrace and seating around the outside plus changing rooms (use of the pools are seasonal - ask for opening dates), Reception selling basic essentials, launderette, and a cafe.

The park sits on the cliff top overlooking Trimingham beach. Access to the beach is a 10-15 minute walk via a track leading down the cliff - please note it is a steep hill and would not suit people with mobility issues. There is a free car park at the bottom of the track which you can reach by turning off the main road just a short ride from the park.

Just a 2 minute drive from the park is a conveniently situated Tesco Express, and a Premier Store.

The beautiful village of Mundesley is just a short drive/bus ride away or casual 30/40 minute stroll along the beach or via the road/cliff top. It has many amenities including pub serving good food, stalls selling fresh local seafood, social club, chip shop, chinese takeaway, convenience stores, clothing and gift shops, butchers, cafes, amusements, and crazy golf.

The quintessential Norfolk seaside town of Cromer is just 7 miles away where you can while away the hours wandering the beautiful streets taking in the architecture and visiting independent shops and cafes as well as a few chain stores. You can visit Cromer Pier and even take in a show. Cromer is easily accessible by car or by local bus.

Other local points of interest just a short drive away are West Runton where remains of a mammoth were uncovered in 1990, and onto Weybourne's wonderful pebble beach or the town of Holt where you can enjoy a day’s shopping or catch a steam train and travel along the beautiful North Norfolk Railway Line to the quaint seaside town of Sheringham.

The historic city of Norwich can be reached by car in 40 minutes, or you can take the train or bus.
