A LITTLE BIT ABOUT OUR CARAVAN

Enjoying uninterrupted sea views, Scroby View is located within the popular Seashore Haven holiday park in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk. We are enviably located centrally between all of Seashore Holiday Park’s main entertainment and amenities.

Our family-owned luxury caravan is available for private hire between mid March through to the end of October.

Offering spacious and comfortable accommodation for up to a maximum of 6 people, the caravan benefits from the installation of gas fired central heating and UPVC double glazing throughout.

Our pet friendly caravan at Seashore Holiday Park, comprises:

** Spacious lounge
** Fully equipped kitchen with full sized fridge freezer
** 3 bedrooms, with en-suite to the master bedroom
** Family shower room with double cubicle.
** Large decking area
** Allocated parking space next to the caravan
** Beach toys for the little ones
** Close to all the sites fcilities

Patio doors from the caravan open out onto the large decking area, providing additional seating and a relaxing viewing platform, from which to spot the seals bobbing along, or to just sit and unwind, enjoying the views overlooking Scroby Wind Farm, the sand dunes and Great Yarmouth’s beautiful beach, with a bottle of wine or mug of hot chocolate.

A maximum of 2 medium sized dogs permitted – please do check the Haven Site Policy to ensure your breed of pet is approved. Anyone found to have a banned breed will be requested to leave immediately, with no refund given for all/part of the stay.

Smoking is NOT allowed.

Entertainment Passes are NOT included in our rental price.

HOW TO BOOK

Please check the ‘Price & Availability’ tab above for the dates you require, then drop me an email, text or call (please leave a message if I don't answer).

If you wish to make a booking then you will need to supply your details, so I can issue a booking form for you to sign, complete and return. I will then issue a unique booking reference number for you make your payment.

Once I am in receipt of both a cleared deposit payment AND completed booking form, I will confirm the booking.

A key release code will be issued on your check-in day, once I've had confirmation that the accommodation is ready.

PAYMENTS

A deposit will be required at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable upon cancellation

The full, cleared balance/hire cost must be received 8 weeks prior to your holiday start date.

Should your booking be less than 8 weeks away, then full payment is required at the time of booking.

The booking deposit is in addition to the hire costs and does not form part of or deducted from the hire charges.

Methods of payment accepted: bank transfer, cheque via post (upon request and subject to clearing). Sorry, but PayPal is not accepted.

A booking will not be confirmed until the deposit and booking form have been received, with all monies cleared. Dates requested will remain fully available to other clients and will be allocated on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. . If I receive 2 forms, then the latter shall be offered an alternative date or refunded deposit.

BORING, BUT IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Check in/out days are Fridays and Mondays ONLY throughout the season, which runs from mid-March to the end of October, with the exception of the main 6 summer holiday weeks, which are from Saturday to Saturday.

Being based on a HAVEN site means that we have to follow their site rules. We are therefore unable to accept bookings from young couples/singles, where the average age is under 25, as well as all male/female groups.


Location

Millions of pounds have been spent on Seashore Holiday Park over the winter periods during the last few years, and it is full of things to do.

Situated just behind us, the hire shop* can save you some valuable boot space in the car. Here you can hire go-karts, bicycles, highchairs, travel cots and electric wheelchairs (subject to availability).

The Coast House Restaurant boasts a new menu and layout, with grill bar, pizza deck and cakery - yum yum!

The amazing Shore Water Park* complex has a 4 lane slide, flumes, toddler zone, and a splash village with tipping bucket, plus refurbished changing rooms with hair dryers.

All this is just a short walk away from our little bit of heaven.

If you love the amusements, bingo, need a newspaper or to stock up ready for that breakfast butty, then you've only a short walk to the late night convenience store. Amusement arcade, Pick and Paint and Marina Bar where daily shows and entertainment are all based in The Pavillion*.

Great Yarmouth has a wealth of history and attractions for all. Horse, stockcar and greyhound racing are all very popular, as are the theatres, crazy golf, pleasure beach and miles of amusement arcades to enjoy.
