Our Luxury holiday lodge for hire on Kelling Heath Holiday Park, is of the highest specification and situated on the flagship Heathlands development area of the park. Full sun all day.

It has all the luxuries of home, is well equipped, has comfy beds and is spacious, open and airy. Suitable for all year holidays, it is warm and cozy with full central heating and double glazing.

The lodge is described by our guests as ‘home from home’, ‘well equipped, with everything you need’, ’comfy beds’. Many return year on year.

Sleeping 5 guests, the lodge has 3 spacious bedrooms, with the master bedroom having a king size bed an en-suite with roll top bath, cloak and WC and is very spacious. The second bedroom has full size single beds. The third bedroom is made up on request. There is family shower room with WC and wash basins.

It has good Wi-Fi (popular with kids), is dog friendly with a secure fenced garden, and indeed secure decking with gates, plus a rear private garden which is lined with gorse and open woodlands, yet is largely in full sun all day.

There are 3 smart TVs (2 located in the bedrooms), a reading/snug area with a selection of books, magazines, along with a radio, binoculars and family games. An area very popular with guests. Or catch a movie with the guest Netflix account or the DVD selection.

We are on a quiet plot, yet just a couple of minutes by car or bike to Kelling’s facilities, or a 5 minute walk.

Footpaths are on our doorstep to the 300 acres of woodland; ideal for dog walkers and safe for family bike rides.

Location

Kelling Heath Holiday Park is a multi-award-winning holiday park, set within 300 acres of woodland and in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and SSI.

The park is just 5 minutes from the coast, with wonderful beaches, all dog friendly.

On site is a health club, gym, indoor/outdoor swimming pools, bike hire, tennis courts, indoor/outdoor entertainment, a restaurant, bar, café, etc., along with a well-stocked shop with local produce, off licence, papers, food etc. (seasonal.

It is a dark skies at night designated site, with its own railway station on the Holt to Sheringham Poppy Line, steam and deisel trains, special events especially during school holidays, including Xmas.

Local beaches include Weybourne, Sheringham and Cromer, or further afield, Wells Next Sea and Holkham, which are in the top 10 beaches in UK. Dog friendly.

National Trust properties Sheringham Park and Felbrigg Hall are close by. There’s also the privately owned Holkham Hall.
