Caravan Description
**BIRKDALE: Located in a peaceful area of Hopton and safe for children to play. A large plot with garden area and
a 3 bedroomed caravan that benefits with a family shower room and an en-suite shower room. Parents have their own space. Parking bay outside caravan.
Hopton is an ideal park to enjoy what Haven has to offer but also the many attractions off park.
Prices excludes playpasses. Those who prefer a quieter holiday can still enjoy time in the Garden House restaurant without passes. Garden house also has a decking area where you can enjoy drinks and snacks.

Bedding is supplied and beds made up ready for your arrival. Bath mat for shower rooms.
Please bring your own towels and tea towels.
We have a very caring on-site caretaker. The caravan is checked and cleaned after each booking.
Once booking is paid in full, guests details are registered with Haven.
Haven will email guests direct with their own personal registration number , this allows you to purchase play passes if required and book activities and swimming,
Actives are bookable 12 weeks before your stay and swimming 4 weeks.

MAIN BEDROOM: En-suite shower room, overhead bed lights & wardrobe plus 2 drawers.
2 x TWIN ROOMS:Both have identical layout full length wardrobe with 2 drawers. Long mirror over bedside table.
FAMILY SHOWER ROOM.
CUPBOARD/UTILITY AREA: Everything extra is stored neatly within this space, boiler (inside its own cupboard),
upright hoover, iron & board, freestanding airer, books & games.
Piped gas and cable TV.
Arrival 2.30pm & Departure 10am.
£50 non refundable deposit secures bookings.
Refundable within 7 days is a £75 security deposit added to balance.
Balance payable no later than 6 weeks before start date.
An email is sent to guests confirming each payments made.

Hopton is a village between Great Yarmouth & Lowestoft. Google what to do and there will be plenty listed in the area including, Pleasurewood hills, circus, funfairs, jump warehouse & great beaches. I do inform guests of activities off park depending on ages. As an example, Gorleston has a great beach and a free splash pad for younger children to enjoy. Fireworks during the summer school holidays at Great Yarmouth’s sea front.For adults taking a break, enjoy a show at Britannia Theatre in Great Yarmouth.
One of the best places with plenty to do is a holiday in Great Yarmouth area.
