Hire period

We only offer 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday during the school holidays (Spring, Summer and Autumn).

During any other off-peak stay, we offer a minimum of 3 nights.

£75 refundable 7 days after you stay once the caravan is checked

Location

Our non-smoking caravan at Caister on Sea Holiday Park, is just short walk from the beach and a 5 to 6 minute walk from the swimming pool and other on-site activities.

About Our Caravan

Our lovely caravan has three bedrooms comprising of one double and two twin bedded rooms. We only sleep 6 people.

The spacious bathroom has a shower, toilet and wash basin. There is also a second toilet with a hand basin in the master bedroom.

Within the caravan you will find complimentary Wi-Fi, a Smart TV with complimentary Netflix and a mini-Bluetooth speaker; a microwave, full size oven/grill, kettle, toaster, full size fridge freezer, dishwasher, a vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, and hairdryer. There is also a window hanging clothes dryer with pegs.

Some children’s games and playing cards have been provided too.

We have front and side decking.

Our caravan on Caister on Sea Holiday Park, is very much our family holiday home, so we would appreciate that you care for it during your stay. Please take care of our lovely place, just as you would your own home.

Bed Linen

Bed Linen is not provided but protected pillows and duvets are.

Towels are not included at all.

Additional Information

Gas, electricity and cleaning is included in our rental price.

Booking Conditions

Haven does not allow same sex parties under 21 years.

As the caravan is family owned, it must be left clean and tidy as found. Cleaning products and a vacuum are provided.

Failure to leave how it is found will result in loss of your deposit.

Caister on Sea Holiday Park

Being a Haven site, Caister on Sea Holiday Park has plenty of facilities to keep everyone entertained. It also offers a shop, takeaway services and an all-year-round, dog friendly beach.

Day time and evening entertainment and all other paid activities. The main venue is the Live lounge, which provides the main entertainment. During busier times the second venue, Seagulls ( is just a few mins from our van) is also open and has family evening entertainment.

Entertainment Passes

All services are at the discretion of Haven Holidays and require a play pass. You can visit the main reception during your stay to find out what facilities are available to you.

Entertainment Passes are NOT included in the rental price of our holiday home. They are available to purchase from Haven and are subject to availability.

We always suggest you check availability before you purchase your pass.

Passes not required for:

On site is a fish and chip shop, Mash and Barrel, Papa John’s, Pizza, Burger King (Summer 23), Waffle Shack, outside bar, supermarket, launderette and hire shop.

Off site

Just outside the Park there is a bus stop with regular buses into Great Yarmouth. Head out of park to local places to the Norfolk Broads and north Norfolk coast.
