Caravan Description

Our six berth, 42ft x14ft caravan near Fantasy Island, has two bedrooms, plus a fold-out Jaybee bed for the living room. The master bedroom comes with an en-suite toilet with hand basin, a walk-in wardrobe, dressing table and LED make-up mirror. The second bedroom has two single beds.

The second bathroom has a bath and shower, toilet and wash basin.

It has a spacious kitchen with island and pop-up plug socket. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a built-in oven/grill, microwave, hob, dishwasher and large built-in fridge freezer. There is also a kettle, toaster and all pots, pans, utensils, cutlery and dinner service for up to six people. An iron, ironing board and clothes horse are provided too.

The caravan hire includes free, private network Wi-Fi.

In the lounger there is a Smart TV, which is already installed with Amazon, Netflix and Disney+ (you will just need to sign in to your own accounts – remembering to sign out when you leave). There’s also an HDMI cable for guests to bring their own TV box/Apple TV box if they wish.

Our caravan is double glazed and has central heating, complete with mobile thermostat.

Outside we have a full, wraparound deck with double doors that lead from the lounge onto the front, with outdoor seating.

The caravan is located in the very centre of Ingoldmells, with Fantasy Island barely a two minute walk away – perfect!



Bookings & Conditions

A £50 deposit is required to secure your dates. This will be deducted from your total cost, which is payable in full 28 days before the holiday start date.

A £75 security deposit will also be required, which must be paid before check in. This will be returned the same day as checkout, after the cleaner has completed an inspection and found everything to be in order, with no loss, damage and/or breakages or the need for an excessive clean.

One parking permit is provided, which must be returned back to the caravan when checking out. If not returned, the security deposit will be withheld until it is. If lost, replacement parking permits are £210 (provided by Fantasy Island Group) which you will be required to pay.




Location

Sunnymede Caravan Park isn't a very large site, but is very central, with local shops, bars, restaurants and Fantasy Island only a few minutes’ walk away.

There is a Spar store just as you drive onto the site and a Tesco Extra at the bottom of Sea Lane, which is just a 10-15 minute walk or 2 minute drive. The beach is less than a 10 minute walk.

Skegness is 3 miles away, with regular buses services available.

The best evening entertainment for families with young children would be "Captain Jacks" and "BJ's bar and terrace" as they have live shows.
