Our holiday lodge on Rockley Park, with outstanding panoramic sea views, Two bedrooms, two bathroom holiday home, complete with wraparound decking and situated in a quiet Close.

It is fully equipped with central heating and double glazing so ideal whatever the weather.

The lodge also offers patio doors leading onto a decking area with patio table and 4 chairs, plus a parasol. There’s also a side decking with lockable gate. Adjacent, there is a lawned area with hardstanding parking for two cars.

The beautiful holiday lodge at Rockley Park comprises:

Lounge
Open plan with patio doors, front windows offering stunning panoramic sea views, large L shaped sofa, fireplace, coffee table, Alexa built-in music system, a Smart TV and Free Wi-Fi.

Kitchen/Diner:
Fully equipped with gas oven/hob, full size fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, pots and pans, plus all utensils required for your stay.

Main Bathroom
Double shower cubicle with sliding doors, toilet and washbasin.

Master Bedroom
King size bed with mattress protector, wardrobe, dressing table, 32” TV , hairdryer, room for cot if needed, plus an en-suite with full size bath with shower over, a toilet and wash basin.

Second Bedroom
Two single beds with protectors (can be made into a double if preferred), wardrobe and dressing table.

Bedding
Duvets and pillows are provided for your use, but please bring your own bed linen. Alternatively, you can arrange to hire linen through the cleaning company if you wish. Please remember to bring your own towels for your stay.

Extras
A highchair, travel cot, bed guard, iron / ironing board and hoover are provided for your convenience.

BBQ
Please use on hardstanding / lawned area only.

Key collection / return available from key safe.

£40 charge for approved clean by cleaning company

Optional bed linen/welcome packs can be hired through the cleaning company.

Play passes are NOT included as these are available to purchase directly from Rockley Park .

Security bonds are refundable after satisfactory checks have been completed for breakages, damage , extra cleaning, loss of keys.
