Caravan Description
For 2023 we are pleased to welcome guests to our new holiday home on Hoburne Park for the first time.
Our holiday home is an ABI Sunningdale, measuring 38’x 12’ so slightly larger than average, complete with a large sun decking area.
It has 3 bedrooms. The master double bedroom has wardrobes, a small wall-mounted TV and an en-suite.
The two twin rooms are both an unusual layout to most caravans as they have the beds positioned so there is floor space for children to play/ get dressed etc. The beds are narrow (2’ 3”) therefore not suitable for adults.
Bed linen can be arranged for a small fee.
The shower room has a shower, toilet and wash basin.
The spacious kitchen benefits from a large size fridge/freezer, a full-size gas cooker and integrated microwave, along with all the necessary utensils. Also within the kitchen space is a kitchen/dining table.
The comfortable lounge has patio doors leading onto the sun decking where you will find a table and chairs.
Our holiday home is sited on a quiet plot, with hedgerow at the rear. Car parking is just a few steps away.
The gate leading to the beach is a few minutes’ walk away. The beach is a flat walk, taking approximately 10-15 minutes.
Bookings & Conditions
Our caravan is only available to families and couples.
NO single sex groups.
Strictly NO smoking.
A deposit of £100 holds your holiday dates. The full cost of your holiday will need to be paid 8 weeks before your holiday start date.
The initial £100 deposit is then used as a security deposit and will be returned within a week of your departure, subject to the caravan being left in a clean and tidy state, with no loss, damage and/or breakages or the need for an excessive clean.
Should you cancel, the deposit is non-refundable. However, it can be transferred to another date available.
Passes to use the on-site facilities are NOT included in our rental price.
Should you require them they will cost an extra £55 per caravan (not per person) and will need to be purchased by myself before arrival.

About the Area
Hoburne Park is a 5* family holiday park, with lots of facilities, including:. Heated indoor and outdoor swimming pools

Out & About
Venturing off site, the beach is just a 10-15 minute walk away. Keep walking and you will come to Mudeford Quay, very popular for crabbing.
Bournemouth is within a short drive. Lymington, another must to see place, is lovely and has a street market each Saturday.
The New Forest, again only a short drive away, where ponies and cattle roam freely - in Autumn you will also see pigs!
Peppa Pig World is a 30 minute drive away.
There is a large Sainsbury’s very close by, along with lots of pubs/restaurants to try, including Beefeater, Toby Carvery etc. Or going a little more up-market, there’s Captains Club in Christchurch.
There’s also Christchurch Harbour Restaurant and Chewton Glen you may want to try.
