Welcome to our stunning Diamond standard mini lodge with beautiful sea views, located on Devon Cliffs Holiday Park.

Our home is privately owned and we take huge pride in making it comfortable for your stay.

There is no queueing to check in as we provide a key safe, meaning you can go directly to your caravan.

Our home is a home from home and is equipped to a very high standard with gas central heating and combo boiler.

Outside is a large gated wraparound decking area with comfortable seating and a table.

There is a fully fitted spacious kitchen complete with:

. 5 ring gas hob
. Extractor fan with lights
. Full size fridge/freezer
. Built-in oven and grill
. Built-in microwave
. Dishwasher
. Washing machine

All cutlery, plates, bowls, oven trays, pots, pans and frying pan, along with cups and an array of glasses, are included.

Cleaning products will also be provided, along with hand wash.

Open plan spacious lounge area with 2 comfortable sofas, Bluetooth entertainment system with speakers in the ceiling, a
40” Smart TV and DVD player, plus French doors opening out onto the veranda.

Large master bedroom with adjoining en-suite cloakroom, plus good wardrobe storage, along with dressing area, 32” TV with DVD, plus a hairdryer. The bedroom is large enough to accommodate a travel cot if needed.

Bedroom 2 has full size single beds, which could easily be pushed together to make a double, 22” TV with DVD and good wardrobe space with drawers below.

Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds, along with a wardrobe with drawers below.

Family bathroom with a large shower.

We have smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors fitted in the home.

Outside there is a private drive providing your own parking space alongside the home.

Our home and veranda is a strict NO SMOKING zone.

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets.

We provide all duvets, pillows and mattress protectors for all bedrooms. Bed linen also is included, with the required beds made up ready for your arrival.

You will need to bring your own, towels, beach towels, tea towels, dish cloths etc.

This truly is a stunning immaculate mini lodge.
