Our caravan on Perran Sands Holiday Park has been refurbished to a high standard and offers a fantastic new and modern kitchen with all the home from home essentials – including Silestone worktops, an induction hob, gas oven/grill, microwave and even a twin pair fryer.

The lounge has also been refurbished and you will find two large, comfortable 2 seat sofas, plus new, modern dining table and 4 chairs.

We have a large master bedroom with a double bed, complete with a deep memory foam matress for a comfortable sleep, a fitted double wardrobe and large set of fitted drawers for storage.
We have added a 40inch Tv and dvd player in the main bedroom for 2024.
It also boasts an en-suite toilet with hand basin.

The twin bedroom has two single beds and cupboard storage for clothes.

The main bathroom has a large shower, toilet and hand basin.

The caravan is double glazed and has newly fitted electric radiators in both bedrooms, along with a gas fire in the main living area.
Outside we have a newly installed decking area, now with ramp access up to the front door. It is also secured for small children and has a lovely seating area facing the
DVDs, books and board games are provided for your enjoyment.

Also provided are tea towels, washing-up things, a hoover, iron and ironing board.

All bed linen is included.

Set in a quiet location on the edge of the dunes, our lovely caravan on Perran Sands Holiday Park, is just a short walk from all the main facilities on site.

Entertainment passes are NOT included in our hire price, but can easily be purchased at reception or via the Haven App upon registration.

Wi-Fi is available in the Main area, we will also have Wifi from June 2024 inside the caravan.

The beach path is just a ten minute walk away, which is accessed via a steep slope or slide down the sand dunes. This end of the beach is quiet, even in summer. The main beach at Perranporth is a 30 minute stroll or short drive on the way into Perranporth itself. It's a fantastic, huge beach.

There’s lots to do on the Perran Sands resort itself, or you could just enjoy the walks, views and sunsets, or relax on the decking.


Location

Being a Haven park, Perran Sands Holiday Park has many facilities for all the family to enjoy, including: several restaurants and take aways; a swimming pool with a lazy river and slides; plus plenty of entertainment for everyone.

Our caravan on Perran Sands and Perranporth itself, is an ideal base from which to explore all that Cornwall has to offer.

We have provided an information pack in the caravan, filled with great places to see, places to eat and various beaches to visit, as well as general things to do.
