Caravan Description

This comfortable caravan at Newquay Holiday Park, includes plenty of room for 8 guests and offers a spacious living room and open plan kitchen/dining area.

The contemporary central lounge is an unusual feature, which adds to the comfort, but also means that there is extra room if the pull-out bed is required, turning it into a nice sized second double bedroom. With the master bedroom having an en-suite shower room, it means that there are bedrooms and bathrooms at either end of the holiday home.

The caravan also has a utility cupboard, which contains a washing machine and a freezer should you require it, along with many other useful items, i.e. iron, Ironing board, hairdryer, vacuum, mop and bucket.

Bed linen is included in our rental cost and beds will be made up ready for your arrival.

There are parking bays at the end of the path leading to our holiday home. Please DO NOT park on the grass adjacent to the home.

Passes are NOT included in our rental cost, but are available from Reception. These will be needed to enter the main entertainment area and to use the swimming pools.

Unfortunately, we DO NOT accept pets and NO smoking is allowed in the caravan.

BBQs are NOT allowed on the decking.




Newquay Holiday Park

Newquay Holiday Park has plenty of facilities on site, including high ropes, crazy golf, a sports court and 3 outdoor swimming pools, plus more.

Next door to the Park is a 9 hole golf course with driving range.

Just a 10 minute drive away is the beach, zoo and town.
