This cosy lodge offers breathtaking sea views, incredible sunrises and magical sunsets this really is the perfect location to create those memories for life. The lodge is an excellent choice for everyone, perfect for the children a stone throw away from the lodge the children can play safely whilst you are enjoying the scenery from the decking with the children in full view. If you like walking the famous Dorset coastal path is only one minute from the lodge and one a minute walk from Littlesea’s famous hill with uninterrupted sea views over the Fleet Lagoon. Catch a glimpse of some of the wildlife, and from September watch the migrating birds arrive on the fleet lagoon all from your decking.

The lodge has two large spacious bedrooms, loads of storage with full size twin beds and two full size shower rooms, one being en-suite to the master bedroom which has walk in wardrobe and both bedrooms have a TV with DVD players. ( TV REMOTES CONTROLS WILL HAVE PLASTIC COVERINGS FOR EASY CLEANING FOR HYGIENE REASONS MUST REMAIN ON)
The large lounge has freestanding furniture, a 40" flat screen TV, Bluetooth and patio doors leading onto the extremely spacious 16ft tinted glass full wraparound decking with secured locked gate so the kids stay safe. The decking area has several seating areas, each one catching the sun at different times of the day. Breakfast, lunch, dinner or a glass of wine whilst relaxing with family and friends in the sun.
The kitchen is fully fitted with integrated appliances, including integrated fridge, freezer and dishwasher. There’s also a lovely spacious well-maintained garden for your use only, along with private parking for two cars.
Our 40’x16’ Portland Lodge is double glazed with gas central heating, plus a cosy electric log effect fire.

Your holiday is important to us, for holidays of 7 days or more your beds will be made up ready for your arrival - we provide the bedding and bed linen. (DUE TO CURRENT SITUATION, BED LINEN WILL NOT BE PROVIDED, GUEST WILL NEED TO BRING THEIR OWN, THIS WILL BE CONSTANTLY REVIEWED)
We also provided a toilet roll in each toilet. You will need to provide your own towels, tea towels, cleaning products etc.
All you need to do is relax and enjoy.
Bookings & Condition
Check in is from 3pm - no queuing required, just drive straight to your accommodation.
Check out is by 10am. If you arrive early or want to stay after checkout, you can still use all the facilities offered on site.
Entertainment passes can be obtained from Haven reception. These are NOT included in our rental price. (PLEASE BE AWARE THESE AREAS MAYBE CLOSED FOR THE REST OF HAVENS SEASON, BY BOOKING WITH US YOU ARE NOT GUARANTEED THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE. YOU WILL HAVE THE PEACE OF MIND TO KNOW THIS LARGE PRIVATE GATED AREA, OFFERS A GREAT OUTDOOR SPACE, PRIVATE DECKING, GREAT VIEWS, GREAT WALKS).
In line with Haven’s policy we are unable to accept bookings for stag or hen parties.
We require a £200 deposit to secure your booking, which is non-refundable.
Full payment of your holiday will be required two months before you holiday starts. We recommend that you take holiday insurance which will cover you, if for any reason you have to cancel your holiday.
We also require a £175 security deposit. This will be fully refundable once the holiday home has been checked following your departure. For missing items, including remote controls and keys, a deduction of this will be made. Damages, stains and/or any evidence of smoking in the holiday home will result in the full loss of the security deposit. We ask that you leave the home in the condition you find it.
We understand that accidents can happen, just let us know. Breakages of glasses, cup or plates, will not impact on the security deposit.
You can be asked to leave if the Haven rules are broken. If you are asked to leave you will not be refunded any monies paid.
Only those listed on the booking will be able to stay. All guests will need to be named and ages supplied.
NO PETS. Any sign of pets and you will be asked to leave, with no refund given.
NO BBQs - DUE TO RECENT HOT WEATHER AND FIRES IN THE DORSET AREA, BBQ WILL NOT BE ALLOWED.
We offer stays of 3, 4 , 5, 7, 10 or 14 nights. If you require a longer stay please ask.
For single or two nights stays, these are subject to availability at £250 per night.
If you are enjoying your stay and would like to stay longer, just ask - if we have availability we can accommodate this.
The key is left in a key safe, which is on the gate post. You will be provided with the access code 72 hours prior to your arrival. An extra key can be provided with a holding deposit of £12, which will not be refundable if the key is lost.
Littlesea Holiday Park is a 5* Haven park just outside Weymouth. It has outstanding views across Chesil Beach and the Fleet Nature Reserve. Weymouth town, with its award-winning sandy beach and seaside attractions, is within easy reach by car or by bus, which runs from the site.
Site facilities include the Mash & Barrel bar/café; a show bar; shop and off licence; cash machine; launderette; indoor and outdoor swimming pools and paddling pools; with entertainment and sports also available - see Haven website for further details. To access the entertainment, passes are required. These are not included in our rental price, but can be purchased direct from Haven on arrival.
