Caravan Description
We have a lovely 6 berth caravan for holiday lets on The Chase in Ingoldmells, Skegness, which is open from March through to November.
The caravan itself has Wi-Fi all the utilities you would need for your stay, including a microwave, gas cooker, kitchen utensils, DVD player, games console, board games, a Smart TV in the lounge and a Freeview TV in the main bedroom.
Outside we have a spacious patio to the side and a small table and chairs in the caravan to sit and relax.
There is a cosy gas fire in the front room and oil filled radiators in both of the bedrooms.
Bedding is provided (duvets and pillows), but you will need to bring your own bed linen (sheets, duvets covers and pillow cases) as well as towels and toiletries.
Bookings & Conditions
A £75 deposit is required to reserve your dates. Full payment must be made no later that 4 weeks before your start date.
The initial deposit will then be used as your security deposit, which is fully refundable, as long as the holiday is not cancelled and the caravan has been left as found, with no loss, damage and/or breakages or the need for an excessive clean.
Availability.
We are taking bookings for next season 2023 so please feel free to get in touch to find out availability for your family holiday or couples getaway.
We have dates left in 2023 season including some August school holiday dates and Easter holidays still available at the moment
We do allow dogs, but this will incur an extra charge of £20 per dog, which is non-refundable. A £50 refundable damage deposit will also be required in addition to the £75 security deposit.
Location
The Chase has its own clubhouse, which serves fresh food and drinks daily and has entertainment most days. This is ideally located just a 5 minute walk from our caravan.
There is a trampoline park and animal farm directly across the road from the holiday park and direct bus routes to Golden Palm where you will find more entertainment on offer, as well as an indoor swimming pool.
The beach is a 10 minute walk away and Fantasy Island about a 15 minute walk.
