Offered for sale on Camping Le Dattier, a small and friendly campsite, is our lovely mobile home.
Located parallel to the perimeter of the site, it is in a quiet, sought after position overlooking acres of olive groves and with a panoramic view of the beautiful Esterel mountain range and Mont Vinaigre. This pitch has the added advantage of off road parking for two cars.
This home is fully equipped for both indoor and outdoor living.
Indoors
It has lots of natural sunlight streaming in from the windows and double doors, all of which have blinds.
Washrooms: There is a shower room with wash basin, shower cubicle, heated towel rail and vinyl flooring, along with a separate WC with a toilet (new 2015), vanity unit (new 2014) and vinyl flooring.
Bedrooms: There are 2 bedrooms (one twin, one double) equipped with nearly new mattresses, mattress covers, duvets and pillows (all with protectors). The double bedroom has a wardrobe, an overhead unit with cupboards, a shelf and a chest of five drawers. The twin room has an overhead shelf and a wardrobe. Both rooms have blinds, net curtains, are carpeted and and come complete with a bedside unit and lamp.
Kitchen: Appliances include a large fridge-freezer (new 2015), gas hob, washing machine, microwave, portable 28L oven, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, electric kettle and toaster. The gas boiler was replaced in 2013. Cooking utensils include all pots, pans etc., crockery, stainless steel, six-place cutlery setting as well as a set with blue handles, wine/drinking glasses, jugs, egg cups and mugs. The floor is vinyl covered.
Living Area: The seating, which is covered in white stretch fabric with back rests in taupe, has extensive storage space underneath. The table seats four, but eating indoors is a rarity! There is a small five door pine chest, a three tier until with a lamp and space under for magazines. The floor is carpeted with a cream rug over. To the side of the double doors is a large unit with shelves holding the LED TV/DVD and digital receiver. All windows have blinds and net curtains.
Outdoors
This mobile home has a fabulous 45m2 deck, with its own lockable gate and an extensive range of equipment and fixtures including: A 3m x 3m gazebo with mosquito and privacy curtains; a large table with six reclining chairs and cushions; large hanging parasol; small white table with red parasol; two wooden sunbeds with full length cushions; a gas BBQ (with gas bottle under); large wooden storage shed complete with a range of tools; plastic storage unit containing larger kitchen pieces (slow cooker, electric grill, electric hob, wine rack, stick blender); LED lighting on the balustrade.
Mains water and electricity are included in the site fees and there are three large gas bottles (one in use and two reserves) stored under the decking and accessed via a hatch.
There really is everything you could possibly need to make this a real home from home!!

About the Area
Camping le Dattier is a pretty site that was created from the present owner's garden and remains a haven for wildlife with red squirrels, birds and many varieties of trees, shrubs, flowers and date palms; all carefully tended by the owner.There are no commercial activities, except for the on site restaurant and bar offering reasonably priced food and drink under the welcoming management of Chef Charles.
The site has shower blocks and a launderette, as well as a children's play area, tennis courts, a boule area and ping pong tables. It also has two large, attractive swimming pools complete with sunbeds and parasols, and on site entertainment in July and August.
This is a happy and family-friendly place!
Out & About
Outside the campsite there is a very good, small supermarket which stocks all the basics you will need. Next door is a traditional bakery with delicious patisserie and bread. There is also a pizzeria in the same block. Walk a few hundred yards down the hill and there's a pharmacy, bank and other shops.
A ten minute drive or bus ride will take you into Frejus/St Raphael where there are several hypermarkets and a whole variety of other shops. Of course there are also the beaches, the marina and lots of cafés, bars and restaurants.
Further afield there are countless places to visit including St Tropez, St Aygulf, Cannes, Nice, Monaco and Menton along the coast, whilst inland there are tiny hilltop villages, Grasse (perfume capital) and the stunning countryside of the Gorges of Verdon.
