Caravan Description

Our 35’ x 12’ Swift Loire caravan for hire on Devon Cliffs Holiday Park, is situated in the quiet area of Spruces and boasts a sea view and grassed area. It’s a great location for both the beach and complex, which are just a 5-10 minute walk away.

There is plenty of parking very close to the caravan and extra spaces are available if you have more than one vehicle. Devon Cliffs also has on site electric charging points in the main car park (free).

The caravan benefits from having double glazing and central heating. It is situated by a grassed area and is within a cul-de-sac, which is great for children to play or just relax.

It is modern in design and offers 3 bedrooms, with a double bed in the master bedroom and two singles beds in each of the two twin rooms.

Within the caravan there is wraparound seating in the living room, which incorporates a pull-out bed for extra guests. There’s also a 43” TV and DVD.

There is a dining table with seating and stalls next to the kitchen, where you will find a range of bits and bobs that you may need for a stress free holiday, along with a microwave, fridge (box freezer), vacuum cleaner, oven/grill, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and the inevitable kitchen sink.

The bath has a large shower and is easy to get in/out of should there be any mobility requirements.

We provide duvets and pillows. There is an option for bed linen to be provided too, at a cost of £10 per room, with all beds made up for your arrival. However, if you prefer to bring your own bed linen, please bring sheets, pillow cases and duvet covers. You will also need to bring your own towels.

Bookings & Conditions

This caravan is available to rent from March through to the end of October.

Prices shown are based on a weekly hire from Friday to Friday. There can be flexibility around this (excluding the school holidays). We may also be able to accommodate short breaks, so please contact us for further information.

A £100 deposit is required upon booking.

The balance must be paid in full 8 weeks before your arrival date. If you fail to pay the remaining balance or wish to cancel within 8 weeks of arrival, then no refund can be given.

It is our recommendation that you purchase the appropriate holiday insurance in the likelihood of unforeseen circumstances as this is not included in the booking.

We now have a key safe installed, so on the day of arrival we will contact you with the code when the cleaning is complete. This is approximately 3pm, but may be flexible depending on the previous booking.

When your fabulous holiday comes to an end you will need to return the keys to the key safe by 10am.

An additional £100 returnable security deposit will be required, that must be paid 8 weeks before your arrival date. This will be refunded within 7 days of the end of your holiday, after a satisfactory inspection has taken place. This refund cans be made by bank transfer or cheque.

Please Note: Haven do not allow groups under the age 21 or single sex groups.

Dogs are not permitted in our caravan. However, we cannot guarantee for allergy reasons that one has not been in there previously. Rest assured though, that the caravan will be fully cleaned, tidy and ready for you to have a fabulous break!

NO smoking or vaping is permitted in the caravan.

Please note that Play passes are needed in the entertainment complex, including the swimming pool, and need to be purchased at Haven’s Reception – we cannot guarantee availability. Not all areas require this pass, such as the food court, arcade and bar.

You can also access free Wi-Fi in the complex areas.

Booking can now be made 4 weeks in advance of your arrival.
