There are some great holiday homes for hire on this beautiful Haven holiday park, but why not pick one of the best! and get a 1pm check in time, only available from Haven when renting Platinum grade caravans and Lodges. We offer the same facilities with decking and a beautiful sea view at a fraction of the price that Haven will charge during the height of the season and without a guaranteed sea view.
Our home is nestled in a cul-de-sac with only three other homes and no through road, so is ideal for families with small children, with the added protection of a fully gated decking area.
It is also ideal for those evenings relaxing with your favourite tipple whilst watching the sun set on what is one of the most stunning coastlines.
Inside our home you will find all you need to make your stay as comfortable as a home from home with all the freedom to come and go as you please.
Our accommodation is furnished in a modern, contemporary style.
With magnificent panoramic windows that frame like a picture one of the most beautiful sea views that can be seen from the park.
There is a fully fitted kitchen with built-in oven and grill, separate 5 burner gas hob, a fridge and separate freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster etc.
Our home is also alarmed and linked directly to park security for peace of mind, whilst you are away enjoying yourselves.
The rest of the accommodation includes a master bedroom with en suite toilet and wash hand basin, and a second bedroom with two single beds that can be put together to make a double. Across from this is the main bathroom with toilet, wash hand basin and large shower cubicle with power shower.
There is a flat screen TV with DVD player in the lounge and also in the master bedroom too, but with so much to do and see with excellent entertainment facilities on the park, you will hardly have time to watch them (visit the Haven website and click on Perran Sands for a full list of facilities).

Our prices which can be found in the Price Availability & Offers link at the top of this page, do not include Funworks passes, but these can be purchased from main reception on arrival.
A £50 non refundable deposit secures your booking with the remainder payable 6 weeks before the start of your holiday + a £100 good housekeeping and key bond, refundable within 2 weeks of the end of your holiday if you leave our home as you find it.
We only let to couples and families and abide by park rules which prohibits the letting of our home to groups of 3 or more same sex parties. We only cater for up to 4 but can accommodate a family of 4 with a new born up to carry cot age
We also require names and addresses of all occupants of our home before confirmation of booking for health and safety records and to be able to fill out a key release form to confirm your stay with the park management.

About the Area
I know I am biased, but there is so much to do and see in Cornwall it's hard to know where to start, but our favourite places are the little coastal fishing villages, of which there are simply too many to mention.In Padstow, or Padstein as it is often called due to the influence of TV chef Rick Stein, also recently the young renowned chef, Paul Ainsworth, at No 6 and across the estuary in the beautiful town of Rock where another great chef Nathan Outlaw is making his mark, are great places to visit. Even if you're not after the great food that those guys offer, there are always the great pastie shops and the fantastic views.
Mevagissey, Falmouth, Truro, Lands End and the Eden Centre are all a must to Visit, but the beauty of Cornwall is discovering the places you have yet to find!
