Manor 10 is a privately owned, semi-detached holiday chalet bungalow to let in the peaceful parkland setting of Penstowe Holiday Village, which offers spectacular views across the North Cornish countryside with a sea view beyond. PLEASE NOTE: There are COVID19 restrictions in place until 7th May and these may continue and affect the leisure facilities on site, HOWEVER this has no bearing on your accommodation which will be fully available for your use during your stay and will be fully sanitised and presented to you for a safe and clean holiday.
The property offers a spacious south facing kitchen/diner with lounge and living area, both equipped to a high standard with homely comfortable furniture.
The chalet bungalow can sleep 4 comfortably, in one double bedroom and one twin bedroom.
There is a modern shower room with no bath.
The accommodation has everything you need for your stay, having a ‘home from home’ feel.
It also has a new ECO digital electric heating which warms in an instant and is ideal for the cooler times of the year. Electricity and heating are provided by purchasing cards from Reception. We can pre-load £10 before your arrival for convenience.
The holiday chalet bungalow, with its open plan layout, benefits from the sun all day to the front. You have the use of the woodland bench to enjoy the surroundings and views towards the sea. The rear of the bungalow it is very private, with a small wooded area from which you can enjoy a vast number of woodland birds, including woodpeckers, finches and other wildlife.
Duvets, pillows and fresh bed linen is provided, which will be waiting for you on arrival.
Towels are not provided.
A kitchen essentials pack is provided free of charge, which includes washing up liquid, a tea-towel etc. along with complimentary tea, coffee, milk, sugar and condiments.
The Manor area enjoys open spaces and has a very tranquil and relaxing holiday atmosphere.

Couples/families and a well-behaved pet are welcome. There may be an additional charge for a pet so please ask for details. A damage deposit may be required which is returned on departure. (Usually £50 per stay).

Manor 10 on Penstowe Holiday Village in Bude, is situated just a short stroll up from the village of Kilkhampton (8-10 minute walk) where there are shopping facilities, two excellent pubs and takeaway facilities to suit all cuisines.
The nearest beach is 2-3 miles away (Sandymouth Bay).
Bude itself is just a 10 minute drive. This lovely small town enjoys many sandy beaches, shopping and cliff top walks and views. There are wonderful restaurants serving local produce with local entertainment and hosts their own Jazz Festival in August. Bude also has a wonderful canal with pleasure boats, or you could just enjoy a level stroll with wildlife in abundance.
There’s lots of activities on rainy days available too, such as bowling, cinema etc., all found locally.
The Tamar Lakes a few minutes away from your accommodation, offers excellent water sports, angling with idyllic scenery. Walk the South West Coastal Path and admire the dramatic scenery of the Atlantic Heritage Coast.
The nearby Milky Way Adventure Park offers excitement for all. Golfing, cycling and horse-riding opportunities are all found locally.
Penstowe Holiday Village makes an ideal touring centre for both Devon & Cornwall.
