Providing direct contact with the Holiday Home owner
We are situated just a short walk from the on site bar, restaurant, shop and main Reception. We are also situated away from the swimming pool and main stage for the entertainment, so it’s a quieter part of the park.
The layout of the home comprises of a large double bedroom with fitted storage area with wardrobe and drawers. The second bedroom consists of 2 single beds, a single wardrobe and over bed cupboards.
Opposite the second bedroom is the bathroom, which has a fully enclosed shower cubicle, a toilet and basin, along with a hairdryer and storage drawers.
Sorry, we do not supply bed linen or towels.
The living area is very spacious and comprises an open plan kitchen, dining and seating area. Within the living area is an L shaped sofa, an electric heater and air conditioning unit, along with a flat screen TV with English Freeview channels. A small table with 4 chairs is located adjacent to the kitchen for internal dining. The kitchen is very well-equipped and includes a fridge/freezer, gas stove with electric oven/grill, a microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery and utensils, plus a slow cooker.
Also, behind the bathroom we have an iron and ironing board, plus a Hoover.
Externally there is a fully covered, raised decking area, along with a table and 4 chairs for outside dining. This area can be illuminated at night.
On the ground of the plot is a large stone patio area for sunbathing, with sun loungers provided. Also on the patio is a wooden table with benches, along with a storage container with children’s beach toys and equipment for all to use. There is a drive at the front of the home for car parking.
Terms & Conditions
For all bookings we require a 25% non-refundable deposit.
The full balance is required 8 weeks before departure date.
We will require a £150 deposit to cover any damages that may occur. Once the home has been cleaned and inspected this will be refunded .
If the holiday booking is cancelled 6 weeks before then the full balance of the booking will have to be paid.
Arrival time at the home is 3pm. Departure time from the home is by 10am.
We don’t supply guest passes or other services for the park. The passes can be purchased at Reception or online via Siblu website before you leave.
We don’t accept all male or all female group bookings.
No bed linen, towels or tea towels provided.
The home has been designed for 2 adults and 2 children only.
We would like all guests to adhere to the park rules as stipulated by Siblu and a copy of these rules can be found at the Main Reception.
La Carabasse is well maintained and drives a high standard. It has a huge heated swimming pool with kids’ area and slides. There are sun loungers, showers and lifeguard surveillance, plus a bar restaurant area adjacent to the pool. Access to the pool area is by purchasing fun passes from Siblu – these are not included in our rental price.
Kids’ clubs operate during the day, with plenty of activities for the children, then shows are provided on the main stage in the evenings.
Within a 10 minute walk of the site is a big outdoor funfair called Euro Park, which opens during the high season.
La Carabasse is situated in close proximity of Beziers Cap D'Agde Airport for UK flights and is well serviced by Ryanair. It is also well connected via Bezier or Agde railway stations via the local regional or TGV railway.
Out & About
The area has some of the most splendid beaches in the region, which are just a short stroll from site. Vias Plage beach road has undergone extensive renovation with amazing bars and restaurants, local artisan shops etc., as you walk down towards the beach.
The centre of Vias has a fascinating history and is a nice walk from site over the Canal du midi into the village which has regular markets during the week and also has a bustling village square with bars, restaurants and shops.
The region has great cities to explore too, like Carcassonne, Montpellier, Bezier and Nimes.
One of the best ways of getting around locally is by bike and bikes can be rented locally for all ages.
