Our deluxe, central heated, double glazed caravan is situated in the quieter ‘Green’ area of the park, just a short walk from Reception and the amenities.
We have a veranda with 2 tables and 8 chairs, plus a gate which can be locked if you have young children playing outside. There is parking for one car, with additional parking near the Reception.
The accommodation consists of a central lounge and kitchen/diner, with a double bedroom and en-suite shower at one end, and two twin bedrooms plus a further shower room at the other end.
The lounge has a comfortable corner sofa with scatter cushions, coffee table, additional heating of an electric fire, a 43” smart TV, DVD player , touch lamp, and an excellent Wi-Fi router. There is also a pull-out sofa bed in the lounge.
The kitchen/diner has a table and seating for 6 people. The fully fitted kitchen has a microwave, electric cooker, dishwasher, full size fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and plenty of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The utility cupboard in the kitchen area has a small Beldray vacuum, carpet sweeper, mop, broom, dustpan & brush, outdoor airer, pegs, outdoor seat pads
Double bedroom has a 19" tv, two wardrobes, dressing table with mirror and stool with plenty of additional storage. It also has a hairdryer, tabletop ironing board and travel iron.
The two twin bedrooms each have a wardrobe and additional storage.
Both shower rooms have an electric shower, toilet, sink, heated towel rail, bamboo duckboard and plenty of cupboard space.
Duvets, mattress protectors and pillows are provided, but bed linen and towels are not.
Included in the rental is a Waterside entertainment pass giving you access to the Venue and the Sports bar.
Passes are not included for the swimming pool, but can be purchased either daily or weekly at Reception.
Waterside is a family holiday site and will not accept any single sex groups or commercial vehicles on site.

We require a £50 non-refundable deposit to secure the dates you require. The balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to your holiday.
An additional £100 refundable security deposit is required, which will be returned after the caravan has been inspected following your departure, and everything found in good order.
Waterside Holiday Park & Spa is a 5* site on the Jurassic coast in Dorset. Weymouth is just a short drive away, or there is frequent bus service that runs from the site.
There is entertainment available during the day for children, along with family entertainment in the evenings. Waterside also has heated indoor/outdoor pools, with water slides in the indoor pool, a toddlers/splash pool, gym, sauna and steam room. A soft play area and amusement arcade is situated in the Sports bar. A football pitch, plus another play area can be found adjacent to the Spar convenience store.
There are plenty of places to eat on site too, including the Southside Bar, Sports Bar, The Shack and a fish and chip/pizza take-away.
At Bowleaze Cove, across the road from the site, there is a funfair, cafés, gift shop and ice-creams. You can also hire a paddle board or kayak along the beach. In addition, there is a small market on Monday mornings.
Weymouth is an old fashioned seaside town with beautiful beaches, Punch & Judy shows and donkey rides for the kids.
