Superbly located overlooking Fleet Lagoon towards the Chesil, this 2 bedroom Platinum Seaview Graded home on Littlesea Holiday Park is a short, easy, level walking distance to the main complex and all the amenities on offer.
The Swift Chamonix comes with both side and front decking, and with its full-length, sliding patio doors opening up directly on to the south and west facing deck, it is light, bright and airy. Patio table and chairs are provided for your comfort and is the perfect place for sitting out and dining al fresco, or enjoying a sundowner whilst looking out over the lagoon and watching the sunset.
The property is double glazed and centrally heated throughout and comes with its own hard standing parking space area next to the home.
The 2 bedrooms sleep a maximum of 4 persons. The main bedroom has a king size bed (5ft), a wall-mounted TV and an en-suite with WC and hand basin. It is very spacious and has ample storage space, with floor to ceiling wardrobes along one wall. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a wardrobe and cupboard space.
Please be aware that whilst duvets and pillows are included, bed linen and towels are not so you will need to bring your own.
The family shower room has good size shower enclosure, WC and basin set within a vanity unit, storage cupboards and an electric shaver point.
The lounge and kitchen/dining areas are fully equipped to meet all your needs, including an integral full-length fridge/freezer, microwave, gas hob and oven, a kettle and toaster. It comes with ample cutlery and crockery too. The dining area has a free standing table and 4 chairs. The 40” TV comes with an in-built DVD system.
Please note that entertainment passes are not included in the rental price, but can be purchased at the reception desk. These allow access to the swimming pools and entertainment complex.
Initial £100 non-refundable deposit in order to secure booking. In addition a £50 security deposit to cover any loss, damage or breakages. (Total £150). Full payment to be received 4 weeks prior to holiday start date.
Security deposit will be refunded to you in full once the caravan has been checked following your departure and everything found to be in good order and clean.
Check in from 2pm and check out by 10am.
In line with Park policy, no stag/ hen bookings are permitted.
The home is a pet free one, so regrettably no pets are allowed.
The park also operates a no smoking policy and smoking is strictly forbidden in the caravan.
