Our Spacious, 2016 38x12 Willerby Avonmore is Classified as a Superior holiday home, on Waterside Holiday Park & Spa in Weymouth. With a 5ft King size main bed, Central heated, double glazed & on a lovely end pitch pitch, Orange 14 has an extra large side decked area with lockable gate, to enjoy those lovely sunny days and evenings.
COVID 19, WE USE A LOCAL REPUTABLE CLEANING COMPANY TO CLEAN BEFORE AND AFTER EACH HOLIDAY, WHICH IS ALSO USING AN ELECTRONIC FOGGING SANITISATION MACHINE THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE CARAVAN FOR ADDED SAFETY.
COVID 19, IF THE PARK NEEDS TO CLOSE BEFORE YOUR HOLIDAY START DATE, OR YOUR AREA GOES INTO LOCKDOWN DUE TO COVID 19, A FULL MONEY BACK PAYMENT WILL BE GIVEN.

Our Avonmore Holiday Home has THREE bedrooms and sleeps up to SIX people.It is situated on a lovely end pitch ORANGE 14, with an EXTRA LARGE side decking area with lockable gate to keep the children safe. BEDROOMS. The master end bedroom has a 5ft KING SIZE BED with bedside cabinets each side, and with fitted units above, a large built-in double wardrobe with drawers below, and a dressing table with stool and mirror with lights above. It also benefits from having an EN-SUITE toilet with WC and hand basin, which also has an electric heated towel rail. The two further bedrooms each have two single beds that can be pushed together to make doubles if preferred.
The fully fitted KITCHEN includes a gas oven with separate grill, a microwave, 4 slice toaster, kettle, full inventory of glasses, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans ect, and a integrated fridge freezer.
In the LOUNGE your will find a 43inch Panasonic Smart Led 4K TV connected to the free Wi-Fi, DVD player and radio with CD player, along with a large L shaped settee, two matching stools and a coffee table, as well as the gas central heating the lounge also has an attractive electric fire.
The DINING table has four chairs, the two matching lounge stools can also be added to seat six people.
The family SHOWER ROOM has a toilet, double shower unit, a bowl-shaped basin on a unit with ample space for all your toiletries, and is complete with an electric heated towel rail.
OUTSIDE. Situated on a lovely end pitch in a quite section of the park, with an extra large decked area that gets the sun nearly all day and evening and is complete with a table and six chairs, our holiday home also has its own tarmac parking space alongside.
Bookings & Conditions
To book, a refundable security deposit of £100 per week is required. This security deposit will be returned to you after your holiday, apon a satisfactory inspection of the caravan with no damage, breakages or excessive cleaning needed following your departure, this is to provide a full inventory and maintain standards so everyone can enjoy their holiday.
The full holiday cost must be paid 6 weeks before the holiday start date.
Duvets, pillows, mattress and pillow protectors are provided, but you will need to bring your own bed linen, towels and tea towels
Our Highchair and Travel cot are both available if required at no extra cost. (please ask)
Gas and electricity are included in the hire price.
Passes for all the entertainment venues are included, but there are charges at the swimming pool and leisure centre if you wish to use it.
Wi-Fi is now free, and it has been upgraded throughout the whole park for 2020.
No more than six adults ,children, or babies, in the total number, for your booking and stay.
Strictly No Dogs.

Waterside Holiday Park & Spa is a 5* family holiday park in Weymouth, Dorset. It has excellent facilities for a fun packed holiday with excellent daytime activities and full evening entertainment.
Situated right beside the beach and with plenty of places to visit nearby, Waterside Holiday Park & Spa is ideally situated.
A bus service runs from the park into Weymouth every half an hour.
