Our 38’ x 12’ Atlas Heritage holiday home for hire is situated in a quiet part of Southview Leisure Park within close proximity to all amenities.
This cosy and comfortable caravan has contemporary styling with everything you need for a fantastic holiday. There's double glazing and central heating, plus the added benefit of a fire in the lounge.
It has 2 bedrooms, both with en-suite facilities (one with shower, the other a bath) with additional sleeping in the lounge area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob and integrated oven, a microwave, large capacity fridge freezer and a toaster.
There’s plenty of room to dine, relax and enjoy the spacious living area or gather round the TV for an evening’s entertainment.
The seating outside provides a great area for relaxing, al-fresco dining or just taking in the evening air.
Gas and electricity are included in the rental price.
Smoke alarms, fire extinguishers and carbon monoxide detectors are all installed for your safety.
There are no cots or high chairs provided.
Sorry no pets allowed.
Groups of all male or female parties are not permitted (site rules).
This is strictly a non-smoking accommodation.

BOOKING & CONDITIONS
When booking a £50.00 deposit is required which is non refundable. We also require a £50.00 security bond. This can be paid at the time of booking or when the balance of the holiday is paid in full.This will be refunded after your hoiday is finished, providing the caravan has been left clean, tidy and is in good order, with no breakages. Full payment of your holiday is required 3 weeks prior to your holiday start date. The lead name for booking this caravan must be over 21 years old
Check in is 3pm and you will need to check out by 12.00pm.
Payments can be made by cheque or bacs.
