RED FUNNEL ferry from Southampton to East Cowes, (subject to availability) now included on all holidays, see price list for those included in price. If Red funnel ferry is not required price will be reduced accordingly.

We are pleased to offer a 7 night luxury caravan holiday staying in our new, 2017 ABI Harewood, platinum, 3 bedroom, 8 berth caravan, at Park Dean's Lower Hyde Holiday Park in Shanklin on the Isle of Wight.
The caravan is on a premium pitch with private parking next to the caravan, with decking and outside seating.
All electricity and gas is included in the price with unlimited usage.
The caravan has:-
48 inch flat screen TV
DVD player, with a small collection of DVD's
Feature electric fire in lounge
Combi microwave oven, grill.
Fan oven
Large fridge freezer
Built in dishwasher
All in the fully equipped kitchen.
The bed in the front room is a proper bed with a proper mattress that folds out from the wall.
Patio doors opening out onto a Decking area with outdoor seating.
2 Wooden pub benches for alfresco dining next to the caravan..
A small book library, please feel free to borrow or swap for one of your own that you've read.
The caravan offers central heating in each room.
The accommodation comprises of one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms both with full sized 3ft wide single beds and a pull-out bed in the front room.
Quilts and pillows and bed linen all included, with required beds made ready for your arrival - all included in the price.
There is a shower room and toilet and a En-suite toilet in the double bedroom.
Please note: Towels, tea towels and oven gloves are not provided.
Access is at any time after 2pm by way of a key safe; the number is changed after each let, so no queuing at reception and also means you could use cheap ferry crossing if you want to use wight link instead of the included ferry with Red Funnel and arrive after reception has closed.
The caravan must be vacated by 10am on day of departure to allow for cleaning.
The midnight ferry out of Portsmouth can be as low as £24 for a car and passengers.
From ferry to caravan is approximately 20 mins so you could be tucked up in bed by 01.30.
Bookings.
A £50 or 10% whichever is greater deposit secures your holiday, with the balance payable 8 weeks before your holiday.
An interest free payment scheme is available if required - please feel free to text, call or e-mail for details.
Nights can be variable - less or more that 7 nights.
A £100 damage deposit is also required 2 weeks before your holiday. This will be refunded once the caravan has been checked for damage/missing items or keys, (all of which is chargeable). Your deposit will be refunded a week after your holiday.
Any damage/missing items in excess of your damage deposit will also be charged to you.
When you have paid you will be sent a booking form, along with the site's Terms & Conditions. The booking form must be returned within 7 days of receipt or I reserve the right to cancel your booking. In signing the booking form you agree to the Terms & Conditions.

About the Area
Lower Hyde Holiday Park is a Park Dean holiday park(formally Park Resorts), which is one of the best in UK.Use of the facilities at the neighboring sister park of Languard is included in your stay, which includes an indoor pool and outdoor heated pool.
The location of our caravan on Lower Hyde is very good, being only a short walk from the play park and the main complex.
There are plenty of activities and facilities on site, including heated indoor and outdoor pools (with Water Resorts program and Sports Resort program), a show-bar, children's club, evening entertainment, a convenience store and launderette to name merely a few.
There's also free WiFi access in communal areas only. Pay as you go WiFi is now available from the caravan, payable direct to Park dean.
For those who don’t want to drive, take the hovercraft or catamaran from South-sea to Ryde and take the train from Ryde Pier Head with the station right opposite the park entrance.
There is a good bus service around the Island with good value weekly / daily tickets available, a small inconvenience on site.
Lidls, Aldi and Co-op supermarkets are a few hundred yards from the park entrance and Shanklin has plenty to offer.
The beach is approximately 10 mins drive or 20 mins walk, sandy and has a life guard patrolling most days in the Summer.
The club houses was revamped 2016 and the smaller part that used to just be a cafe is now a Bar Restaurant; called The Barnhouse, which means there is now somewhere to sit and have a drink away from the noise and bustle of the main club House.
For those who love their real ale, Park Dean are serving 2 real ales, one in the Barnhouse and another in the main club house called the Hyde View.
A good pub; with usually a local brew on, is an easy stagger; oops sorry, walk from the park entrance.
The outside pool was revamped in 2017 with the pool surround all resurfaced and the slide has been redone.
