SORRY - THIS HOLIDAY CARAVAN IS NOW SOLD
This is an opportunity to buy a holiday caravan on the very popular Camping Parc St James Montana, for a very low price. We have loved this caravan and enjoyed family holidays here for many years, but now the time is right for us to move on.
The caravan for sale has three bedrooms, one double and two twin bedded rooms. There is also a sofa bed in the spacious lounge area.
There is a shower room with WC, along with a separate second WC with sink.
A freestanding air con unit services the caravan well.
The kitchen area has a full working gas stove with 4 burner hob and a full size oven and grill. Most caravans on the site only have a hob so to have an oven is a real plus! There is also a microwave and full size fridge.
A gas fire is situated in the lounge area and there is ample indoor seating, with a full width fixed sofa and a separate table and seating area. A portable TV with built-in DVD player will be included in the sale.
Outside is a gravelled seating area and there is a table and patio chairs to use under the gazebo. To the rear of the caravan is an outdoor sink, fridge and fully working washing machine. Bunkers are located to the rear for storage.
Camping Parc Saint James Montana is extremely popular with families. On site is a full size pool, middle sized pool with a jacuzzi spa and flume slides and there is a separate young children's/ baby splash water play area. A restaurant and snack kiosk are located next to the pool serving meals at lunch and in the evening and the evening entertainment can be enjoyed whilst eating here or enjoying a glass of rose or a cocktail at the bar.
The site also benefits from an indoor gym and outdoor cross fit zone and there is a mini golf area and an astro turfed area for football and basketball. A playground is also on site for young children.
The site grocery store is stocked well with essentials including fresh milk and English newspapers and here you can also buy your fresh baguettes and croissants each day.
Locally there is much to explore. Port Grimaud, a mini Venice is a short drive away and of course there is the famous St Tropez where it is always interesting to sit with a coffee and watch the yachts as they moor up. It goes without saying that the beaches are beautiful as is the scenery, particularly from old Gassin village which overlooks the beautiful bay. Here there are fabulous restaurants serving everything from mussels, fresh seafood delights and English favourites. This part of the world is very magical.
