With a stunning open plan living/dining area and furnished decking that enjoys the sun all day and into the evening, our much loved, spacious holiday caravan for sale on Mullion Holiday Park in Cornwall, has the WOW factor!
And with a minimum 10 year tenure, you can enjoy using your 'holiday home' on this site for nine months every year until at least December 2028.
H12 ‘The Heathers’ has three bedrooms and also a fold out sofa bed in the lounge, so comfortably accommodates eight people.
The master double bedroom, with a double and a single wardrobe, plus over-bed cupboards, has lots of storage and a shelf in the bay window that overlooks grass and shrubs. The master bedroom also has an en-suite WC.
The two twin bedrooms each have an over-bed wardrobe.
This double glazed and centrally heated caravan has an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining layout. The kitchen opens onto gated decking and the living room French doors open onto the wrap-around decking.
The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances; a gas cooker/hob and large integrated fridge freezer with shelf space for a microwave and ample storage from a very good number of base, tall and wall units.
The lounge has a modern flame effect electric fire with mood lighting surround. The carpet in the living room was replaced in Spring 2017.
A modern, very spacious thermostatically controlled power shower can be found in the main bathroom (opposite the twin bedrooms) where the boiler is housed. There is ample space for hanging and storing items.
A door separates the kitchen/living area from the sleeping area, for quiet and privacy.
'The Heathers' area of the park is where the caravans are more spaced out where it tends to be quieter as it is the furthest area from the main complex (although still just a few minutes' walk away) and tends not to have people strolling back to their accommodation late at night.
The site fees are paid until the end of 2018. The fees of £3,560 noted here are an estimate based on 2018s price + 3% (fees paid for 2018 amounted to £3521.70) and were made up as follows: Pitch fees = £2990.20 (which includes water) plus rates £531.50)
