Owner's Description
The mobile home consists of 1 double bedroom and 2 x twin bedrooms, there is a foldaway double bed in the lounge.
There is an open plan kitchen/lounge. The kitchen consists of a fridge, a freezer, microwave oven, and a full size 4 ring cooker/oven/grill and plenty of storage space, the kitchen is well stocked with plates cups glasses etc, all cutlery, kitchen utensils, pots and pans and an electric kettle. There is a separate dining area.
In the lounge is an electric heater, flat screen TV, Sky box, stereo CD player with 2 speakers and a DVD player, all included in the price.
There is a large shower and separate a toilet.
This season (2017) we have replaced the double mattress, 2 dining room stools, all net curtain and barbeque (all bought from England) and had part of the seating area professional re-upholstered.
The outside has 75% decking area (we paid £1000 for it).
The mobile home is situated on a theme park, all attractions are free to owners, there is also a large fishing lake on site.
There is an indoor swimming pool set in a dome which is opened on summer days leading out to a swimming area, this was built just a few years ago.
On-site is a shop, chippy, launderette, a club, burger bar, a go-kart track, water slides, toboggan run, it would be better if you looked at the pictures on the Bel-Air website to see all the attractions.
The site fees include electric and water, these are paid up to Aug 2018.
We already have bookings for two weeks in August 2018 worth approx. £1,500 which would go to the buyers (if wanted).
The opening dates for next year is 7 April - 30 sept.
Location
The site is situated in the small village of Landudec, with its supermarket, pizza restaurant, a few bars and restaurants. The large sandy beaches are just 10 minutes away.
