The lounge leads into the galley kitchen, which is fully equipped with cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils, a microwave and fridge etc.

From the kitchen you continue through to the three bedrooms and shower room, which has a wash basin and shower. There is a separate toilet, plus a second door that leads outside, down steps to the front area.

Outside, the decking area has outdoor seating, and gives access to the main front door. The caravan has a west facing, sunny aspect; ideal for al-fresco dining.

There is allocated parking nearby and to the rear of the caravan an outdoor storage shed.

*The asking price includes 12 month fees paid for 2018, which will allow you 12 month occupancy with all of the park's facilities included as part of the letting agreement.

Bideford Bay Holiday Park is a popular pet friendly holiday destination.

The Holiday Park can be found situated between the port and market town of Bideford and the rugged cliffs at Hartland; a truly unspoilt rural location.

North Devon is well known for the many beautiful sandy beaches that are ideal for family swimming and surfing. Inland across the county, it is a rural Mecca, with winding lanes and small traditional villages where you will find the occasional inn, restaurant or garden centre; great for eating out.
