Superb modern and spacious, 2016 Swift Loire caravan for hire on Greenacres Holiday Park, with full central heating and double glazing throughout, plus piped gas supply.
Located on Haven’s Greenacres Holiday Park in Porthmadog, Wales, our caravan is excellently located on the sought after Narcissus area on a large plot with private parking. Being a quiet cul-de-sac location with no through road, it’s an ideal, child friendly area.
The lounge/diner is spacious and consists of modern electric fire, 32” flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD player and DAB radio. There’s also a dining table with fixed seating and stools.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge freezer, along with a full dinner service, cooking equipment, utensils, etc. An iron and ironing board (travel size board) and vacuum cleaner are also provided.
The caravan has a shower room with wash basin, along with a separate room with toilet and wash basin.
Sleeping up to 8 people, the caravan has 1 double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms, plus a double pull-out bed in the lounge area. Each bedroom has a wardrobe, bedside cabinet and mirror. Two rooms are fitted with TV/DVD. Master has hairdryer.
We provide mattress protectors, duvets and pillows. However, bed linen, towels and tea towel are not provided.
Bookings & Conditions
Off peak we can offer Monday to Friday, 4 night breaks and Friday to Monday, 3 night breaks.
Peak (school holidays) we offer 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday.
The caravan will be ready for you from 2pm on the day of arrival. We ask that it be vacated by 10am on day of departure.

Should you decide to book with us, we would require a non-refundable deposit of £100, plus a £75 security deposit.
The final payment in full would then be required no less than 6 weeks prior to the first day of your holiday.
We advise guests to take out holiday insurance, as monies once paid cannot be refunded. The Security deposit would be refunded within one week of checking the caravan and no loss, damage, breakages or extra heavy cleaning requirements.
The caravan will be clean upon your arrival. We ask that it be respectfully left as it was found.
For late bookings we require payment of your holiday in full.
No smoking and no pets allowed.
Greenacres Holiday Park has much to offer:

Purchasing Funworks entertainment passes can access the above. We do not provide entertainment passes, but they can be purchased directly from Haven’s reception on a pay as you go or weekly basis.
Other on site facilities include a hire shop, launderette, take away chip shop and grocery shop.
Greenacres has direct access to the beautiful Black Rock Sands Beach. The beach itself is wide and stretches over two kilometres, with amazing views of nearby Harlech and Criccieth castles.
The breathtaking views of the mountains of Snowdonia National Park are an amazing backdrop to this idyllic park!
