Welcome to our 2017 ABI Horizon, 3 bedroom, 8 berth caravan to let on Perran Sands Holiday Park. It's in excellent condition, being only 2 years old, & comes complete with double glazing and heating throughout.
Situated in St Pirans Close you are approximately 30m from the Park's entertainment complex, swimming pool, water slides and lazy river, as well as the various bars, restaurants and takeaways. Adventure golf and multi-sports court are a 2 minute walk away. There is also a large children's play area just meters away, so the perfect spot for keeping the kids entertained or for exploring what this great Park has to offer.
A 5 minute walk will take you to the coastal paths, which cross the dunes and cliff tops, and to the direct access to Perran Sands' beautiful private beach and over to Perranporth beach, where you will find numerous places to eat, drink and shop.
Sited on a corner plot enclosed by hedges, our 36ft x 12ft caravan offers the perfect base from which to make the most of this amazing Park's numerous amenities and activities!
The holiday home has a fully-equipped galley kitchen with all the utensils you should require, as well as a microwave, fridge freezer and oven. This leads into the spacious, open plan lounge/dining area that has two large seating areas where you can sit in front of the 32" TV/DVD combi or the warming fire on those colder days.
The bedrooms are situated at the other end of the caravan and comprise of two twin bedrooms and one double bedroom. You will also find a lovely, spacious bathroom with shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin. There's also the added luxury of a separate WC with wash hand basin.
Duvets and pillows are provided, but you will need to bring your own bed linen and towels. Alternatively, you can hire them on site.
There is a gas fire in the lounge area, electric blow heaters in all of the bedrooms and a heated towel rail in the bathroom.
Smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors are fitted in the caravan for your peace of mind. Gas and electrical safety checks are carried out and certified annually.
Your gas, electric and water usage are all included in the price.
Entertainment passes are available to purchase on site from reception - these are NOT included in the rental price.
This is the perfect base for surfing, sunbathing and exploring Cornwall in an uncrowded, spacious and relaxed atmosphere!!
Bookings & Conditions
A £100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The full balance of your stay must be paid 6 weeks prior to your arrival date.
If your booking is less than 6 weeks away at the time of booking, then payment will be required in full.
We will also require an additional £100 to be paid as a security deposit at the time that you pay your balance. This will be refunded within 7 days of your departure, following a satisfactory inspection of the caravan.
Perran Sands is a brilliant resort catering for families and couples alike.
The large entertainment complex is at the heart of this site and is home to the large Live Lounge show bar as well as a large arcade, soft play area, both indoor and outdoor swimming pools along with waterslides and a brand new lazy river!!
Very nearby is the SurfBay bar and restaurant, serving numerous delicious dishes and beverages, and Dunes Bar where adult cash bingo takes place in the evening as well as live entertainment and karaoke.
On the small promenade there is the well-stocked mini market, Papa John's, a fish and chip shop, the Funky Fish restaurant and the Coast Bar where you will be able to watch all the latest sporting events on numerous screens.
Situated nearby you also have the site Reception, the activity hub and gym, where you can book your sports and leisure activities, adventure golf, multi-sports all-weather court, kart hire and cash machine.

Away from Perran Sands, Cornwall offers numerous great places to visit:
Perranporth is very close by and offers a wide variety of shops, restaurants and bars. It is also home to a beautiful beach; great for water sports and sunbathing!
Newquay is only a short drive away and not only offers some of the country's top beaches, but is also home to Newquay Zoo and the Blue Reef Aquarium; both worth a visit.
Also nearby are great attractions such as the Eden Project, Land's End, Lappa Valley Steam Railway and Flambards Theme Park.
Local attractions include the beach, scenic walks, an indoor pool, water sports, a nature reserve, golf course, amusements, pubs/clubs, takeaways, fishing and historical attractions.
