Welcome to our beautiful 2 bedroom Willerby Avonmore caravan on Liskey Hill Holiday Park, situated at St Agnes 2, boasting elegance, luxury and style.

This 'Prestige' caravan is 35ft x 12ft, double glazed and centrally heated throughout and sleeps 4.

Sorry we do not allow pets in this caravan.

The lounge area is light, airy and spacious, with a flame effect electric fire and feature fire surround with mirror and shelving. The L-shaped seating is extremely comfortable and there's also a coffee table and 32" LCD TV and DVD. The striking soft furnishings and pastel shades help to create a pleasant and soothing ambience.

The dining area seats 4 people comfortably and offers a free standing table and chairs, with overhead lighting.

The modern, contemporary, U-shaped kitchen, kitted out in walnut and cream, boasts an integrated 60/40 fridge/freezer, a gas cooker/hob with extractor fan, microwave, kettle and toaster. There are ample work surfaces, cupboard storage and drawers adequately packed with crockery and cooking utensils.

The master bedroom has a double bed with upholstered headboard, ample wardrobe and cupboard space and an en-suite with WC and basin. The twin bedroom has two single beds, a wardrobe and cupboard space.

The bathroom is complete with WC, basin and walk-in signature shower enclosure with thermostatically controlled shower.

Outside there is a decking area with garden furniture and parasol, which is surrounded with vibrant, colourful planters for you to admire and to enable you to relax on those warm, sunny Cornish evenings.

Bookings & Conditions

To reserve your holiday a non-refundable deposit of £100 is required. If your holiday is being booked within six weeks of the start date, the full amount is payable upon booking.

We also ask for a £100 retainer as a damage/cleaning bond. This will be fully returned to you, providing the caravan is left clean and damage/loss free, just as found.

Location

Liskey Hill Holiday Park is situated half a mile from the coastal town of Perranporth. There are pubs, restaurants, many shops etc., plus surfing on the beach with lessons available. There is also the pub on the beach called the Watering Hole. The beach is patrolled by lifeguards during the season.

The coastal paths are a delight for walkers and from the cliff tops the stunning views are really beautiful.

Perranporth is ideal for getting to other places too, such as Newquay, Watergare Bay, Padstow, Porthtowan, Portreath, Sennen Cove, Land's End, Penzance, The Lizard, Truro, Falmouth, Mevagissy and Polperro - all within easy reach.
