Our caravan to let on Perran Sands Holiday Park is situated in Atlantic Heights; a quiet spot on the edge of the golf club with beautiful sea view and just a short walk from one of the most beautiful beaches in the country.
Welcome to our luxury caravan, set amongst other privately owned caravans in Atlantic Heights on Haven's Perran Sands Holiday Park.
It has double glazing, full mains gas central heating (inclusive) and a ramped gated decking for easy access. It also has new decking furniture of table and 4 chairs plus 2 sunbeds with pads.
There are 3 bedrooms: a master double with fitted furniture, Freeview Smart TV and en-suite toilet; two twin bedrooms, each with two single beds and fitted furniture. Pillows, duvets and mattress protectors are provided and beds will be freshly made up for your arrival. A hairdryer and wardrobe hangers will also be provided.
The caravan has a fully equipped kitchen/diner with gas oven, grill and hob with extractor fan, a microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, teapot, full size fridge freezer, kitchen utensils, pots, pans, cutlery, crockery and glasses. It also has a table with four chairs. An iron, ironing board, mop bucket and hoover are also provided.
Within the lounge is a gas fire, wall-mounted 40” Freeview Smart TV and Blu-ray player, plus a comfortable pull-out sofa bed for two.
The bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower.
Our caravan is fully alarmed and has smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarm and fire extinguisher for your added peace of mind.
Bookings & Conditions
There is STRICTLY NO SMOKING in the caravan.
Haven insist that NO all male/female groups are allowed.
Please supply a full list of names and ages when booking. Upon booking a non-refundable deposit of £50 per week booked is required to secure your chosen date, which will be deducted from the total cost of your stay. The remaining balance must be paid no later than four weeks before your stay. In the event you book inside the four weeks, payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
We also require a separate £100 refundable deposit with the final payment to cover any damage, breakages and/or loss of items or keys during your stay. Providing our caravan is left clean and tidy as found with nothing damaged or missing or the need for an excessive clean following inspection, the £100 will be refunded to you within 14 days of your departure.
All payments to be made by bank transfer or cheque.
You may check in from 3pm. Check out on day of departure by 11am.

Haven's Perran Sands offers adult and children's entertainment daily with live music, disco, bingo and lots more. There is an outdoor pool, indoor pool with flume, adventure golf, gym, go kart hire, play areas, mini market with bakery, gift and surf shop. There is a choice of dining on site too, with Papa John's Pizza (who will deliver to the caravan), The Funky Fish restaurant and take away and the Surf Bay restaurant. There are three on site bars including a Sports Bar.
Passes are required to access the pool and entertainment complex on site, which can be purchased at reception. These are not included in our rental price.
Perran Sands boasts one of the most beautiful beaches in the country and is also in a great location to explore other beauties of Cornwall, including Newquay Zoo, Blue Reef Aquarium , The Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, Dairyland Farmworld, Lappa Valley steam railway and The Screech Owl Sanctuary. Land’s End is less than an hour away.
