A warm welcome awaits holiday makers in our newly purchased 2014, 3 bedroom Swift Soleil caravan available to hire on the action packed Perran Sands Holiday Park!
The caravan is located in a quiet cul-de-sac location just a short stroll away from park amenities, yet close to the beach access path, leading down to 3 miles of truly beautiful golden sands where our family has spent many a wonderful holiday.
Our modern and beautifully presented 3 bedroom caravan comprises one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and a separate shower room with walk-in shower and WC.
The caravan is centrally heated and double glazed throughout to ensure you and your family remain comfortable and cosy, no matter what the British weather has in-store.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essential things you may require during your stay, along with a large dining table and 3 benched seating, comfortably accommodating 6 adults.
There is a flat screen TV with built-in DVD in the open plan living area, along with an electric fire for added comfort. We have left some family favourite DVDs and books for you and your guests to enjoy, along with indoor games and outdoor toys to keep everyone entertained.
There is designated car parking spaces in front of the caravan. At the rear of the caravan is Gorse hedging, home to an abundance of birds and bees that leads to the 550 acres of dunes that surround the park. A grassed area and a paved patio area with picnic table, perfect for al-fresco dining, is available to the side.
Our caravan is equipped with a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher and carbon monoxide detector for your safety.
Pillows and duvets are provided, but you will need to bring your own sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases. Alternatively, these can be hired on site.
Gas and electricity are included in the price.
Haven entertainment passes are not included in the price, but can be purchased directly from the site.
The caravan is available for selected dates from March until October; please contact for up-to-date availability.
Park rules state that we are unable to accept bookings from same sex groups, stag or hen parties, and a member of the party must be over 21 years of age. No refunds will be issued should these terms be broken.
Holiday insurance is not included in the price of your holiday, so please arrange separately if required.
A non-refundable deposit of £50 or 10% of holiday cost (whichever is greater) per week is required at the time of booking, with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to your holiday commencing. If the arrival date is within eight weeks, full payment is required at the time of booking.
A housekeeping deposit of £50 is also required at the time of payment, which will be refunded once the caravan has been successfully checked.

Perran Sands Holiday Park has a well-stocked shop and plenty of family friendly places to eat and drink. There is a heated indoor pool which hosts plenty of paid for activities, plus an outdoor lazy river (new for summer 2018)!
Haven entertainment is a firm family favourite, with some great visiting live acts, but the main draw to this area has to be the stunning location! The 3 miles of beautiful beach is family friendly and home to surf, body and paddle boarders, along with the famous Watering Hole – Britain’s only bar on the beach offering live music acts and great food. Make sure you catch a sunset or two here; it’s a spectacular sight.
