Providing direct contact with the Holiday Home owner
Our deluxe caravan, purchased brand new in June 2017, sleeps 6 and is available for hire on Haven’s ever popular Perran Sands Holiday Park in Perranporth, Cornwall.
We are located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the sand dunes, only minutes’ walk away from all the amenities. The breathtaking Perran Sands beach is also close by.
The caravan has 3 bedrooms (one double and two twin) all with heating and wardrobes. If required, we have a travel cot and high chair for your use.
We have a shower room with basin and WC, also a second separate WC with basin.
The fully fitted and equipped kitchen includes a full size cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster and kettle, along with a full set of new kitchen utensils and crockery.
Our spacious lounge includes the dining area and has built-in seating, a TV (with Freeview and DVD player) and a full size gas fire.
All duvets and pillows are provided, but you will need to bring your own duvet covers, sheets, pillow cases, towels, tea towels etc. If preferred, you can hire all linen etc. on site.
A picnic table is situated outside for your use and parking is available alongside the caravan or opposite.
Our prices are exclusive of Haven entertainment ‘Funworks Passes’. These can be purchased on site at reception.
A non-refundable deposit of £100 will be required to secure a booking, with the balance payable six weeks prior to arrival date.
There is also a £100 refundable deposit required, which will be returned once the caravan has been checked and found to have been left as found.
Please Note: Single sex groups (stag and hen parties) are NOT permitted under Perran Sands Holiday Park rules.
