Seaside Retreat is my brand new spacious caravan for the 2016 season and stands on a choice, level plot with stunning sea views.
It will be hard to find a better priced and well situated luxury Platinum, privately owned and managed rental caravan on the South Devon coast.

The fantastic coastal views at Waterside are breath-taking. There is a raised, non-slip, gated decking area to take full advantage of the far reaching coastal views, with a patio table and chairs provided.
There is easy access onto the decking via two steps. It is a good place to chill out and relax after a long day of sightseeing or arriving back from a day at the beach. Being gated is great if you have young children or a pet.
Guests can also enjoy the added benefit of convenient, level parking nearby.
Maybe you just want to just relax and let the days slip by!
The caravan comprises:
Seaside Retreat has an open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area and has seating for six persons. The modern, contemporary lounge has ample sofa seating for six guests too, and includes a feature gas fire, Freeview TV, DVD player and DAB radio.
The kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, gas oven and hob, built in microwave, kettle, iron and toaster as standard. These are all supplied to make your stay special. The kitchen area is also fully equipped with all the cooking utensils you will need to prepare meals.
The master bedroom has a double size bed and direct access to an En-suite bathroom. There is plenty of storage space too, which includes a double fitted wardrobe, bedside tables and decorative shelving. I have added a Freeview TV to the double bedroom. The second bedroom has two single beds and plenty of cupboard space.
I supply a basic inventory of bedding for up to six persons to include duvets and pillows. You will need to supply your own linen, towels toiletries, and bed linen.
In addition to the two bedrooms there is also a large, pull-out double bed in the lounge area which sleeps a further two guests. Seaside Retreat can sleep up to a maximum of six guests in total. The spacious main bathroom has a walk-in shower cubicle, wash basin and toilet.
Seaside Retreat has gated decking with patio set and parasol.
Seaside Retreat has a mains supply for electricity, gas and water. For those chillier nights you also have the added benefit of a lovely feature gas fire in the lounge and central heating to all rooms.
